Poor quality control, one returned item, no cashback
A retailer that I have decided to avoid after several bad experiences.
Latest example was two identical items arrived in clearly different sizes indicating an issue with quality control. The returns process is designed to be as awkward as possible and they even tried to short change me on the refund amount.
And then to add an extra insult they declined the cashback even though I only returned one item that was faulty.

Had to chased them up for my cashback & they took 5 months to grant it.
The worst cashback experience. I had to chase up my cashback & they took 5 months to grant it.

Cashback declined
No problem with tracking but cashback was declined without any reason. Only possibility I could think of was using the first time membership discount code? Not for other merchants who offered similar codes….

Uniqlo is a rare retailer that actually gives existing customers a higher percentage of cashback. It can take awhile for the cashback to come through, but that can be said for many other retailers.
