Viator are unreliable and should not be used. The booking for a trip in Florence was cancelled so late actually during our holiday that we were unable to find an alternative during our trip. They had to be chased to process the refund. When we filed a complaint weeks ago they still have not acknowledged or replied.

I have used the Viator Topcashback sight on several occasions. They constantly fail to meet their own target for making payouts. I am still waiting for Topcashback from Viator going back to last April

Terrible - out of several purchases from Viator using the TCB website, only 1 has ever tracked. And I check & double check that I order after clicking on the TCB site. It makes no difference, nor does clearing cookies etc.

Rejected my claims and poor experiences over all. Acts as a completely neutral middle man between you and whomever you're booking with. Zero checking of their vendors. We got scammed by both this company and a vendor whom we booked through Viator.
