If you are thinking of booking a flight with Virgin Atlantic but are not sure what to expect, you should take a look at the feedback below, which has been left by our members. Among the Virgin Atlantic reviews, written by people who have booked with them through us, you will find one which states: “Absolutely brilliant airline — flown with them many, many times.” Plenty of people have also commented on how quickly their cashback was paid out, including some who said they received theirs before they had taken their flight. Comments include “excellent as always. Great cashback service and great airline — paid cashback before the flight taken” and “booked flights in Feb, got cashback in April before my flight in early June”.

It is fair to say the Virgin Atlantic review feedback on Trustpilot is a little more mixed, although you will still find some excellent comments, with one customer saying: “Been flying with Virgin Atlantic since 1993 and every time the service has been awesome. I never get tempted to fly with any other airline.” Some of the other remarks left include “from check-in to food and service, everything was on point”, “the staff are always courteous and helpful, and the planes are comfortable and clean” and “Virgin Atlantic are THE best airline I have ever flown with, simple as that”.

Cashback tracked quickly at £59 then on the day it was supposed to pay it went to £00.00 submitted a claim. Has any one had that happen am I likely to get paid?

Appalling - is the only word that can sum up Virgin cashback. Two outstanding claims from August 2009 and still they won't pay up. Standards have definately dropped since I last travelled with them. Claims totalling over £45 so will keep trying to get the money but I won't be booking a flight with them again!

I MADE FOUR RESERVATIONS FOR 4 ROOMS ON THE SAME DATE AT THE SAME TIME. HOWEVER, ONLY 2 HAVE SHOWN UP AND BEEN CREDITED FOR CASHBACK.

BAD EXPERIENCE...I had to wait a YEAR to find out that my cashback is not going to be paid! I was extremely disappointed as Virgin always prizes itself as customer orientated - obviously NOT. Virgin are unresponsive even though i have my submitted a query to chase the tracking of it and sent numerous messages and nudges - Exhausting. Definitely will not buy from them again through topcashback.

Quick tracking. Only gives cashback on flight costs, not taxes so it'll be a lot less than the total cost

Very poor! No cashback received. Submitted manual claim but still nothing. At least they show the same dis-interest in cashback customers as they do when you fly with them.

Still waiting for cashback to track, let alone be paid from flights booked in September 2008!! This has been reported to and followed up with TCB on numerous occasions but to no avail. We have just booked another Virgin flight and, a week later, again there is no sign of the transaction being tracked so it appears our first experience was not a one off. It's a good thing we base our travel decisions on price & service whilst on board the aircraft rather than on cashback payment, otherwise Virgin would have no chance!

Tracked overnight. However, as pointed out, the cashback is against the cost of the airfare excluding taxes, fees and surcharges. Nonetheless, still useful, as it helps with offsetting the credit-card fees levied by Virgin. Cashback tracked at 2% instead of the stated 3%, so am hoping it will be uplifted at a later date.

RIDICULOUS VERY LOW AMOUNT OF CASHBACK I SPENT OVER 2500 GRAND ON MY HOLIDAY AND I GOT EVENTUALLY 8 MONTHS LATER £16.50 BACK NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO COVER THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE . RUBBISH FOR SUCH A GLOBALLY BIG NAME SHAME ON YOU.
