They have never let me down yet, problems always sorted straight away. Bit more expensive than others but you pays your money and get what you pay for.

No cash back for me, didn't track and then installation went wrong, paying for service I didn't get, they then got price plan wrong. By the time it was sorted it was too late to claim cash back!

Once I paid my first bill, a couple of days later the cashback was payable. Took about 1 month from tracking to payable. TAKE NOTE EVERYONE: Don't have Adblocker running and make sure you clear your history before clicking through - Just to doubly make sure it tracks. Worth the extra effort when you get £42 cashback :)

awful service!!! signed up on the 9th of April and still no cashback although i have already paid 3 bills for virgin media services. What is the hold up? On topcashbacks website it reports this merchant is now paying out for people who signed up in may. very unfair.

Great amount of cashback but my transaction didn't track. I submitted a claim to TCB which gets "put on ice" as standard procedure for 30 days after the purchase date. It was then automatically sent to Virgin and about 6 weeks later I had my cashback. Always remember to check your tracked transactions!

Its been 3 months, and having declined my original cashback offer I am still waiting to get a response from Virgin. They weren't able to bill me for 6 weeks as they hadn't laid enough cable to service my house which they didn't realise until they came to install it the first time round (This was beginning of December) - so I am guessing this is why they haven't paid out, I have provided all my details since and it is currently with them, I'm now a paying customer and have received my 2nd bill, yet there is still no sign of the cashback! Seriously not impressed, I'd understand if it was my fault, but it was theirs... come on Virgin pay up!!

Have had a terrible experience with VM. I ordered the big kahuna with £231 cash back on 8th October 14,did not track. TC said I could not claim until after instllation which I did but when claim was opened through Sabrina,VM responded saying they would not pay until the 1st DDpaymenthad completed which did on 8 Jan,TCSabinaupdatedclaim sayingTCwill let me know when VM confirms.nowclaim removed completely& I feel sick. I have a young son with learning difficulties& need the moneyVM promised. My experience says VM have shown no shame or integrity, TChave been poor as well

Don't rely on getting the cashback! My Virgin Media was installed almost a year ago and I've been trying to get the cashback part sorted ever since.
I can't fault the actual product but in terms of cashback they keep trying to get out of it, the latest being that I haven't paid my first bill even though I've been paying all year!

I never got my cashback. I opened a case when it tracked at zero. The response was that we booked via telesales team, which is untrue! Do not count on getting this cashback.
