I signed up with virgin media simply for the cash back as it worked out cheaper than sky to find that they have decided not to pay up!For no reason at all,i'm simply discusted with them,phoned them with no help at all,now we are singed up they are not interested!!!,very dissapointed virgin!

Sign a contract and get £169 cashback tracked in half hour.
Got installation confirmation from Virgin media in hours.
For something I need to buy anyway, extra £169. Brilliant.

Ordered virgin on 18 oct last year,when they paid out october transactions in december I looked forward to my 75 but am l waiting,topcashback have contacted them with no reply yet.they need to get their act together.

In all my 41 years i have never been treated as badly as i was by Virgin media, the customer service is a joke, at first my order was cancelled and delayed for 10 weeks, i was fobbed off by various staff, when they finally connected my phone and broadband they tried to charge me £70.00, even though this was never mentioned when ordered (i eventually got the money back but that is not the point, the phone line crackled constantly and was never sorted out,on the plus side the broadband was actually really good but to be honest i could wait for my year contract to expire and go elsewhere, they then charged me a disconnection fee and because i hadn't paid the fee within 10 days they sent a debt collection agency to get the £22.50, all in all a very unpleasant experience....oh and i had to wait nearly ten months for the cash back

Virgin media never reply to emails\contact form. refer to hundreds of online reviews. I cant get to the bottom of a minor problem which i'm sure would be a quick fix if the people on the phone could speak English

No problems with the product and service,£143 cashback made it a bit more affordable. Little bit of a wait for the cashback, ordered in May, payable in September. Topcashback kept me informed whenever I asked about the payment and once the amount became payable it was transfered very quickly and was in my bank account within days.

Ridiculous i have not recieved my cashback of £140 yet. Purchased in may still not payable on 14th september. Just being given the run around - told i would be in the next payment batch, i was not included in the latest batch, now been told to wait another 4 weeks!! Doubt i will ever get my money know.

Took 8 months to track payment and only saving grace was the amount of cashback (£61). I have had no difficulties with other suppliers but I would not use Virgin media through Topcashback again even though Topcashback staff were great in chasing the claim.
Looking at the other positive comments it may be that my example is exceptionally bad!

Terrible. Do not bank on getting any cahsback. Bought a TV/Broadband package that was installed in November 2011 - cashback showed up but was then reset to zero with no explanation. Very irritating. Within 10 weeks of me taking out the contract they increased the monthly price which is unacceptable in my view. And to top it off broadband "speeds" are atrocious.
I definitely will not be renewing with Virgin Media this Autumn

Wow, it's been almost 6 months since I first ordered Tivo. I knew it would take approximately 90 days for the cashback but an additional 2 1/2 months I think is far too long. Topcashback have been fantastic, as always, in chasing this for me and reporting back when they can. Virgin need to speed up this process though if they want to continue to attract new customers in this way. Thank you Topcashback for all your help.

Placed an order on Saturday. On Monday Virgin says their system has lost some information and can not proceed on line but would re-take order over the phone. This would not be tracked on line. They did not have information of the cash back scheme.
Virgin say this may have been due to heavy demand at the weekend.
