Its been 3 months since I bought the package through TCB. No sight of cash back yet. TCB had submitted the claim a month ago. No progress yet. No customer service to process services faults. Only people employed by Virgin Media are in sales.

Did not track - do not hold your breath. Submitting manual claims is not often successful for these jokers.

Virgin Media are a scam, after canceled and payed for the following 30 days to get rid of them, even though they owed me from previous promises of the first 1/2 months free, which never got, then told they are added at the end of contract, but never are, they take what they like by direct debits, then when you canel the direct debits, they send bills every few days adding numerous £10 late payment charges & £5 admin charges for not paying what you do not owe, they send you threatening letters telling you if you do not pay what they say, you will never get credit, and dept collectors are coming to your door, tell you you have none existent contracts, which they say do not need to be signed or seen by you, (then 10 min later told by another that they have the return cancel form and is no contract) when you ask for a copy of recorded call, they tell you its 50/50 if they have it, but when i canceled last i had got them to ring me back on my mobile and said all outgoing calls recorded, i advice to record all call yourself as they cannot be trusted, they are still sending me bills which increase each time for non existent services, but they owe me approx £130, cannot wait until they take me to court, their broadband speeds send you to sleep, they sell your phone number to other scam companys, which i proved by not telling anyone when first having my landline phone for about 10 days, but after 5 days the scam company calls began, this company is totally corrupt, i now have a pay as you go dongle, which is about 4 x faster than virgin media, deleted all virgin media rubbish from my laptop which tool more space than everything else put together, just want them to get their rubbish cables out of my garden,

Not a good cashback experience to date. Took out a 12 month agreement on 31/10/2011 as the cashback made it good value. Did not track so submitted claim 10/01/2012. Nudged twice since but still no response from Virgin

I would suggest reading the negative reviews (1 star or less). Most reviews are regarding purchase oand cash-back of course, father than service and teermination. Whilst Virgin Media do a lot of promotion to new customers, I have found as a long-standing exisiting customer that VM raises it's charges quiet often, so that offers through the door can soon be far less than you may be paying. One can of course play the game of phoning up to threaten leaving - twice a year if one can be bothered to waste such time. Having written to VM head office to cancel my subscripton, and finally having cancelled by phone as well, VM now calls me every day with nuisance calls. Having been told when I'm paid up to and when my service will end, I have just received a bill for £80 - I view this kind of thing as fraudulent - however the regulator is unlikely to act (long experience). VM seems unable to agree a termination date and abide by it. Extracting myself from VM is still proving to be a nightmare, with no protection from regulators. Please be aware of this.

Cash back was tracked initially and has now been declined by the merchant, even though I took out a contract on one of the top packages. Have submitted a claim but not expecting to get anything. Seems to be a regular occurrence on these cash back sites. Used to use another cashback site until suddenly every cash back started getting declined, so switched to this site. Hopefully the same doesn't happen with this site

ordered 31st october, installed 1 december, NO cashback tracked as of yet (mid feb) despite a complaint and a nudge...nothing..not on really as we would have gone with sky had the time, feel there is a massive don't care attitude especially as it has been 2.5 mths since the complaint. It is a lot of money to miss out out and when this is the whole point of the topcashback game its a bit annoying when it does not arrive.

If I had not of used the TopCashBack offer, I would not have considered the package. The cash back makes it an affordable price

Lets just say Virgin Media's incentive to get me hooked, and how disappointed am I now?? Broadband is dire, package compared to SKY is not existant, and I am still waiting for the cash back, which was promised 30th Jan 2012, its now the 12th Feb 2012 and still no cash back. If you are thinking of leaving SKY-don't bother. Virgin Media remind me of an Alfa Romeo, great at the start, then depreciate at a rapid rate. 1 star vote is only because there isnt an option for Zero!

I was meant to receive my Cashback on 30 November but am still waiting. Was counting on a bit of extra cash/Amazon vouchers for Christmas presents but guess that's out of the question now. Don't know when I will get my Cashback but I know now not to rely on it! I would have shopped around for my broadband package more if I had known this as the cashback was one of the main incentives for signing up with them.

I took out a virgin media package in April 2011 and they still havent paid. Topcash back said they they tried chasing, but it seems I was the only one dong any chasing. Topcashback said the following 'A transaction which seems to match your claim has been added to your account. If you feel that it does match then please can you close this claim using the close button, otherwise please send a note to advise us otherwise. Please note that although this has been added by the affiliate network, there is still a chance that the retailer may decide to deny this claim, particularly if it has only just been added to your account. This should not put you off accepting this offer in the meantime and closing the claim - as it is possible for us to re-open old claims. Please realise however, that if a retailer denies your claim once, then it is unlikely that we will be able to change their mind. Anyway, happily for now it seems that your claim has been successful... Cheers, TopCashBack Support p.s. Please note that your transaction may well have been allocated a new event date - which might well extend the time before it becomes Confirmed and Payable. I have had no cashback paid and no contact since.

Cashback initially didn't track but once TCB had chased up it went confirmed and payable quickly. Excellent broadband service, very satisfied customer. Only (minor) downside is we keep getting junk mail informing us that Virgin Media is available in our area - wish they'd take us off the mailing list as we're already customers!

Cashback tracked at £65 rather than the £150 advertised. This was 3 months ago and the £65 has now become payable.Looking at previous comments it seems unlikely i will ever receive the full amount and if i cash the £65 my claim will probably be deemed closed anyway.

They pay well to get you and don't want to ever let you go. Broadband is v.v.fast and reliable. All the TV and phone options are there. But it all comes at a cost. A rolls-royce service at a rolls-royce price.

As i was already wired with virgin and only needed a modem i managed to get the £40 installation charge on BB only deal credited back to me... i had to challenge the charge however, this was not offered and i was not successful first time... was the 4th and 5th attempt before the $40 credit was authorized... i refused to pay £40 for someone to come out and plug a modem in as that is all i needed, when they could have posted it and i could have done it. but service is excellent no doubt about it, best BB out...
