Faster paying? Not really, I am still waiting for my cashback for my custom on 26 of February 2019, luckily now has been confirmed. It has been more than 6 months, I don't think they should have "faster paying" anywhere near their name. Update 01/12/2019 It took quite a while since original transaction February 2019, now it is payable. They gave me a long wait.

Been waiting to receive my cashback for nearly six months it states that its confirmed but not payable have issued a complaint with topcashback but not getting any further will not be using topcashback again. Used vouchercodes last month and recied my voucher after 5 days an altogether much better experience

Still waiting for cashback 8-9 months on, had by cashback confirmed but still not showing as payable. Never had this problem with any other retailer, and customer service have advised they are still chasing

I have now reported TopCashBack and Virgin Media to trading standards as this is blatant false advertising. Dragging their feet on both sides to not pay customers. Avoid and use a different cashback site.

Terrible Service - Ordered in March 2019. The cashback has been confirmed since May 2019 but 5 months later and I still haven't received my cashback with no help from the customer service team other than "We are still chasing this for you"

7 Months so far and no cashback, they were at time shown as a faster paying merchant. I can see I'm not alone - But TCB list the rating by 5 star date order by default, so people don't see the disgruntled users

Cashback was advertised at £250. It tracked and became payable at £120. Ticket opened - the response? “the correct cashback has been awarded for this transaction”. Now I'm no genius but £120 is NOT the correct amount when the correct amount (and I have screenshots of the TCB page) was advertised as £250! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I ordered on the 1st of May and it didn't track. It's now the 15th of September and Virgin Media even bothered to look at my open claim. Now I'm locked into a 12-month contract paying £99 a month, I'd have taken a cheaper contract had it not been for the cashback. I feel like I've been conned. Virgin Media pie you off when you contact them and TopCashBack do naff all to chase it up.
