Shambles. Signed up via special offer on this site. Offer not applied to account and spent 2 months battling for it. Virgin also sent an 'engineer' around to literally just plug the router in and tried to charge me £99 (they hadn't told me there was a charge). Now, 5 months on, cashback still not tracked. Useless.

Have bought the virgin broadband and still waiting for the cash back of £125. Timeline shows that cash back will come within 5 weeks however its been 4 months but no cashback

0 stars I if could select that! Do not believe their quoted cashback. I have never had a problem with any other retailer using topcashback but Virgin refuse to recognise that I went through topcashback to take out their broadband deal. I wouldn't have selected Virgin had it not been for the £120 they were claiming I would receive for cashback. Do not trust!
