I have now reported TopCashBack and Virgin Media to trading standards as this is blatant false advertising. Dragging their feet on both sides to not pay customers. Avoid and use a different cashback site.

Terrible Service - Ordered in March 2019. The cashback has been confirmed since May 2019 but 5 months later and I still haven't received my cashback with no help from the customer service team other than "We are still chasing this for you"

7 Months so far and no cashback, they were at time shown as a faster paying merchant. I can see I'm not alone - But TCB list the rating by 5 star date order by default, so people don't see the disgruntled users

Cashback was advertised at £250. It tracked and became payable at £120. Ticket opened - the response? “the correct cashback has been awarded for this transaction”. Now I'm no genius but £120 is NOT the correct amount when the correct amount (and I have screenshots of the TCB page) was advertised as £250! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I ordered on the 1st of May and it didn't track. It's now the 15th of September and Virgin Media even bothered to look at my open claim. Now I'm locked into a 12-month contract paying £99 a month, I'd have taken a cheaper contract had it not been for the cashback. I feel like I've been conned. Virgin Media pie you off when you contact them and TopCashBack do naff all to chase it up.

Ordered April 2019 - still not confirmed, support ticket apparently sent to retailer end of June 2019, still nothing - did the usual before ordering, cleared cookies/browser history before ordering... very VERY poor!!

Faster paying? Not really, I am still waiting for my cashback for my custom on 26 of February 2019, luckily now has been confirmed. It has been more than 6 months, I don't think they should have "faster paying" anywhere near their name.

I ordered VM a year ago but cancelled as they are unable to provide services. They sent me unpaid notice when i don't have any services. They removed notice and closed my account. I went to VM this time through topcashback. Got VM connected. Now, they declined cashback. I don't have energy to fight with them. However, i suggest to check with them properly as cashback is not guaranteed. If the offer is good take it. My advice is to not include cashback as part of the offer

Shocking amount of time waiting for this cashback. The only reason I took out a deal with Virgin is because the reviews said the pay out was quick and simple. Not in my case.

Joined Virgin for broadband in January, cashabck made payable at the end of July. Definitely won't bother again. Still not convinced that I've been paid the correct amount however there's no way that you can check what offers were available on signup, you just have to trust what TopCashback customer service says.
