Moved over from Orange to Virgin and went through TCB to get a brilliant amount of cashback...spent £17.50 got £57! However, it did take a bit of chasing to get the cashback although I think there was a delay due to it being a contract and they need to make sure you are tied in and paying. I also had technical problems with the transfer from Orange but no more or less hassle than I have experienced before.

The cashback was fine, customer service the worst I have encounted in years, as a Virgin Holiday and Virgin Media customer I expected the same level of sevice but it was shockingly bad, so poor I am considering selling the phone, taking the hit and buying myself out of the contract after a month.

Ordered phone for my daughter for Christmas which didn't arrived on the specified date. Called customer services who were helpful but had no record of the order. Tried ordering again via topcashback and once again, no phone arrived on specified date. Seems the ordering system has thrown a wobbler! Don't bother.

If you want waste your time pls order from Virgin Mobile. Very Poooor ...customer service .After to wait one week for a sim card I have contacted Virgin mobile customer service and they have told me that my address doesn't exist.They have asked me again all details including bank details and when I have asked if I will get cashback from topcashback they have asked :what do you mean? The service is so terrible that I will not try again. I have a 24 months contract with T_mobile ending now and I am trying to find a better deal.I never had problems with t-mobile but with this company it's to complicated to deal. Good luck Mr .Branson.Believe I will not buy anything from your companies anymore.Good prices also means good service...

This appears to be a complete waste of time. Looks like Virgin automatically rejected my order. I then spent 45 minutes being passed from call centre agent to call centre agent. In the end they couldn't process the order and I ended up re-ordering over the phone...thus losing my cashback I assume but I will chase with topcashback to see what they can do. This is a complete waste of time.

I trust all those members complaining that Virgin Media zeroed out their £30 have, or will have, raised a MISSING CASHBACK ticket. Go to "my account" and "submit enquiry", select the correct option. If you have fulfilled the conditions of the offer then there is no reason to just roll over and let this merchant get away with it. Top Cash Back cannot do anything until you raise the proper complaint officially.

Very poor customer service - received confirmation email that my order was received online. Never got my phone and had to ring up customer service. Was told that my order did not exist in the system; would I like the order to be manually put through (ie. no cashback). I wanted the phone, so I asked for the order to be put through, only to be told that my address did not exist in the system (despite being a customer for Virgin Media for years and she was able to verify that I was a Virgin Media customer). Was told that customer service will call me back to process the order, after they have fixed this in the system. No call back after two weeks. So frustrated I ended up getting the phone via T-mobile instead.

Although I was very happy with the fast delivery of my phone and my new contract is good value for money. The £30 cahsback which initially tracked straight away into my account - went to zero for no reason after about 5-6 weeks. Very disappointing as the £30 cashback was a big incentive for buying the contract from Virgin. I really expected much better from Virgin at honouring their cashback promise.

As per a previous person, was quick to track and become pending then became payable at £0.00. Raised with Top Cashback, but you get no real feedback, only a resultant zero. We will end the contract after a year and go to someone who honours there cashback promise.

phone virgin cs and if you ask they will give you £1 a month of your contract and that equates to the same amount as cashback with free delivery! but beware you will have to chase them every month for the £1 as it doesnt come off automatically! virgin used to be brilliant they are terrible now..cs agents that dont care and dont actually know anything and will transfer and transfer til you get cut off!

First placed order 23/06/2010 and after chasing and chasing the cashback has finally become payable on 18/01/2011. Not sure whether the problem has been with Virgin mobile or Topcashback, but have had no other problems with Topcashback. Nice to finally have the cash but I will not be using Virgin mobile for cashback again!!

RUBBISH RUBBISH RUSBBISH!!!!!! I have been waiting for over 1 YEAR, and still this cash back for the mobile purchased on contract is still NOT been paid. Topcash back can only do what they can do, but I DO NOT recommend to get anything from virgin if you are expecting any cash back from them.
