Do not use, this one is a con. You can order the goods but at the last transaction is dishonours your card, have tried several cards, bank has confirmed all transactions were authorised but Virgin rejected them. Virgin did say that i could buy over the phone but i wouldn't get the cash back!

Tried to buy a pay monthly phone via Top Cash Back link. Each transaction failed at the payment stage, i checked with the bank who confirmed all transactions were authorised but not processed by Virgin. Tried to buy the phone without the Top Cash Back link and Hey presto, the purchase went through without any problems! Virgin cannot explain why............strange that!

Avoid like an STD, useless customer service they wont even reply to my emails now useless, try to phone them twenty minutes to get anyone then i get an idiot who doesnt know and cannot perform his job . still non the wiser with them 6 months on avoid as i said a true disgrace to the Virgin enterprise i hope Branson is taking note!

Disgraceful service! will never get another mobile from them again still having problems after 6 months into contract they screw up and wont release me from it!!!!! at least 20 min wait to talk to customer service then you get some idiot who cannot do their job shocking way it is run disgrace to the Virgin name brand

Major disappointment! Followed the cashback process step-by-step. I purchased 2 mobile handset contracts and Virgin quickly tracked the transactioned but offered £0.00 payable. Set up 2 cashback claims but i'm still waiting after 4 months. Don't build your hopes up by believing you'll get anything from this retailer.

Had to submit a missing cashback claim. I submitted this tjhis claim some time ago and I'm still waiting for Virgin Mobile to confirm. All in all not the best experience of using a cashback website.
