Not tracked from Dec 2008 , had to do a manual claim, finally showing pending April 2009 with Estimated Payable Date 28th Feb 2009. not fast turn around, confusing site.
INFO direct from customer services you may want to bear in mind before signing up with them expecting bonus's A ten times wagering requirement applies to all Bonus money issued by the St. Minver bingo network before a player may withdraw winnings made on that bonus money.
This means that if you are issued a £2 bonus on registration then deposit £10 and receive a £10 bonus (making a total bonus of £2+£10= £12), you must purchase 10 times the bonus amount in tickets (in this example £120) before withdrawing winnings.
On checking your account, we find your wagering handle is £260 and to date you have wagered £X.00 therefore you will need to wager a further £XXX before you can withdraw any funds in your bonus account.
