Disappointed! Registered & deposited £20 with Virgin Bingo on 15 Dec and received £20 bonus. Played through the full amount but no sign of cashback. Opened a missing commission claim on 2 Jan but still nothing.

Having joined, deposited my money and played bingo the cashback is still not showing. Won £20.00, tried to withdraw this but was told that I would lose bonus, carried on playing but everything I win gets put in the bonus account and is unwithdrawable. BEWARE, THIS FEELS UNWINABLE. Just hope I get the cashback sorted so that I'm not out of pocket!
