Having joined, deposited my money and played bingo the cashback is still not showing. Won £20.00, tried to withdraw this but was told that I would lose bonus, carried on playing but everything I win gets put in the bonus account and is unwithdrawable. BEWARE, THIS FEELS UNWINABLE. Just hope I get the cashback sorted so that I'm not out of pocket!

I opened an account with virgin bingo i put £20 into the bingo site and it was matched by virgin making my balance with them £40 i did not win any thing but i cant say i care as after lossing the lot £40 on the bingo it then tracked on here the cash back site giving me £30 cash back for paying in £20 the way i see it is i had some fun playing bingo and got £10 more back than i put in ITS FREE CASH

Disappointing. If you win you can't withdraw without losing bonus. Whic is no use anyway as you have to wager 10 times bonus before you can withdraw any winnings. Never again!
Cashback only paid after missing comission sought.

Cashback took a few days to show. Not a good site as you are unable to withdraw funds won from your bonus amount they topped you up by until you have spent a certain percentage (well over 100%)
