	Disappointing and always very hard work This never tracks for me which means I have to submit a claim one week after every order. When the cashback finally appears in my account, months later, the amount is always far less than the expected amount (as stated on the claim) and requires further querying. I don't understand why the cashback process is less straightforward and far more arduous with Waitrose compared to other retailers.

	£0.00 Cashback For some reason this retailer always confirms 0 cashback, it registers and despite rather high value orders (well over the required amount for returning customers) they do not pay out. Poor service from Waitrose.

	New Customer Cashback Never Went Through Pretty sure they know this will happen as all new customers are redirected to their banking app security process during checkout as it's the first time paying said company. This is what triggers the link from topcashback to their sites payment being broken and hey presto, no cashback. I was supposed to get £16 cashback, a special offer running, of course it didn't go through - again, pretty sure they know any new customer payments getting redirected during checkout will cause this. I feel cheated, nice work Waitrose ??

	Great site and service use each week The site is great and easy to use and the service is great and easy to get cashback on each week. Some weeks do very on the amount but it is done automatically and no issues with it.

	Cash back does not work with Waitrose Every time I order from Waitrose I have to do a missing claim. The history in my account shows this. This really needs resolving as it is the only retailer I ever have an issue with.

	cashback with waitrose does not work at all these days ! Waitrose need to deal with there online customers / affiliated with TCB I agree with all recent reviews that it simply is not working, CB reduced to nil with no explanation and no goods purchased outside the parameters etc it tracks but then is disallowed ! in hindsight would of used : ocado, tescos or sainsburys instead

	Hasn’t tracked automatically for al,ost a year … meaning I have to submit a missing cash back claim almost every week, then when I do get it, it’s rarely the amount mentioned in the claim.

	Cashback I receive cashback almost every week that I shop. Recently, however, there have been three occasions when my order has registered with top cashback but my earnings are zero. I would like to understand why this happens. Apart from this it is easy to earn cashback from Waitrose.

	sometimes works!!! ive only been shopping with waitrose a little while 6 times actually and noticed that i get cashback when i dont use their money off vouchers online on items ive bought before but if i use them i dont get cashback so in future im going to check if its worthwhile using them

	Dreadful - almost never tracks Awful - 32 orders placed and I'm yet to receive a single penny in cashback. Very few orders track and of those that do only one has a pending balance above £0.00. I've only been able to submit a claim once as the other times Waitrose hasn't been on the list, and it was rejected as Waitrose apparently couldn't see my payment. Based on the cashback offered I'm somewhere in the region of £50 out of pocket.

	Not reliable - tracking is all over the place Sometimes it tracks, sometimes it doesn’t sometimes different values. Seems as though editing orders really confuses things.

	Most of my cashback claims have been turned down. I don't have problems with other merchants, but Waitrose doesn't like my computers. my cash back has nearly always been refused
