	I am very disappointed with the payment of my cash back from Wiggle Online Cycle shop. I ordered a bike in 15 November and payment was taken immediately and the bike was delivered a few days later, however despite a number of reminders to Top Cash Back I still have not received my cash back, the message I have on my account is that they are waiting for merchant to confirm. I don't see how it can take 3 months and still no confirmation.

	Delivery of bicycle was excellent but extremely disappointed with the lack of progress with the cash back, been waiting since November and still no sign of payment appearing on my TopCash account, no explanation for the delay.

	I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO DISCOVER THAT WIGGLE REJECTS ALL CUSTOMER CASHBACK VIA THIS SITE WHEN PURCHASES ARE MADE USING WIGGLE GIFT VOUCHERS. IF CASHBACK WAS AWARDED TO CUSTOMERS ON THE PURCHASE OF THE GIFT VOUCHERS THEN IT WOULD BE UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT CASHBACK ON GIFT VOUCHERS IS REFUSED BY WIGGLE ON BOTH PURCHASE AND REDEMPTION.

	Received items ordered promptly, ordered through topcashback however did not receive cashback as Company stated ineligible with no explanation as to why this is the case.

	I made three separate orders with them in the last few weeks and none of them have tracked, so for cashback they are useless. Their prices and service are really good though, the free delivery option is sent by royal mail and has online tracking and arrives a few days after placing the order. I'll raise tickets for the cashback but I never hold out much hope of getting any when I have to do that.

	never get cash back from wiggle every time i have ordered via topcashback it has never tracked my purchase every other retailer tracks straight away. Very annoying. Quality and price from wiggle is great and so is their customer service if you need to send something back. No cash back just leaves me feeling a bit disappointed.

	I always have problems with Wiggle tracking my purchases. One didn't track at all but the rest have in the end, even though I have to raise a claim for some of them. I use Wiggle and CRC mostly for my cycling stuff. They are both great and Wiggle's prices are generally a little cheaper. CRC purchases track always and very quickly.

	The last 4 transactions have not tracked so now use Chain Reaction instead - their cashback tracks within 24 hours and they are slightly cheaper. Also, when customer services make a mistake they offer no apologies, just sarcastic comments.

	Cant really fault these Guys in any way (Except when they dont have an item in stock - Remove the item else you will have problems)Otherwise - Customer Service is great especially with Live Chat - Free Postage also uses Tracked delivery - Price Match - Vast stock of everything inc parts etc and of course - Cashback always gets paid!

	I have bought a few items recently from Wiggle primarily to get the cashback to bring their price below the competition. Unfortunately, the last few cashbacks have not tracked including cb for a complete bike worth a few quid. I will stop using Wiggle if the reliability of the cb does not improve and go to the competition instead (CRC).

	I've bought quite a few things from Wiggle via Topcashback and I've never had a problem getting cashback unlike quite a few of the companies who inhabit this site.

	Very good store. Whether I'm after new bike accessories or swimwear I will continue to shop here. Cheap prices, fast delivery and very good quality. Cashback is a bonus & paid pretty quickly!

	"Another marketing channel was credited with the sale". Errrr no. I went through TCB and the cashback was declined. Took several months for this to happen. Very poor service.

	I've spent about £250 over several transactions with this retailer. I can't fault the retailer but cashback didn't track a single time. I tried multiple browsers and other merchants tracked, but wiggle didn't track a single time. I had to remember to submit cashback claims for each one, and some of them were rejected due to "another site being used as the referrer" which is patently untrue. I wouldn't bank on getting cashback from wiggle, and it's a huge pain in the arse to fill out a form for every purchase.

	Dreadful customer service. Stated a processing time of 4-6 days for the order, took over 2 weeks to arrive. There is no phone number to contact them on, only an email address and they just send back generalised responses. They use UK Mail to deliver and they couldn't get that right either - arrived 4 days late. On arrival the bike didn't even work properly. Definitley would not use again regardless of cashback.

	Possibly my favourite online retailer. Customer service is excellent, delivery is very quick and cashback is processed extremely quickly.
