	sadly the last two things i've purchased havent tracked, these were expensive spd sl shoes and something smaller at the weekend in component form, Ive had to submit manual claims, I've done nothing different and step through the website as normal to the merchant, bit dissappointing but a great company to deal with otherwise

	First transaction went through without a hitch. The second, however, is several months old and there's not a sniff of it being tracked. Not sure I would use this one again but this might be a one off given the good experiences by others. Very disappointed overall.

	The service that i received from the merchant and yourselves is good. However,would it be possible to have a button to click on that would direct you straight to the merchant's web page.I have on occasion had to pick a random item from the listing to get re-directed to the site and then go to what i'm after.

	In my opinion there is an excellent choice of equipment, at a good price, normally good discounts and fast shipping. I have used the website before and not been disappointed with them. I have not received the cash back yet, only just received the delivery of the goods, but still a good site. Discount code worked fine at the check out, my only complaint was that the discount box was slightly obscure and I had to go back and find it, almost forgot and missed £10 off a £75 shop.
