	I have used Wiggle a couple of times recently and the majority of purchases have been made without a hiccup. My latest order was for a set of SPD-SL pedals and cleats for my road bike. When the items arrived, I discovered that the pedals I had purchased included the same cleats so I needed to return the set I had purchased. The returns system used by Wiggle is by far the most efficient and easy to use I have ever experienced. Peel off a label, print off a returns slip, pop it in some packaging then drop it of at a local collection point for free delivery back to Wigggle. The refund did take a while but was sorted with no dramas. Buy with confidence.
