My cashback hasn't tracked despite issuing a claim and plenty of nudges - from the reviews of William Hill they are scamming topcashback customers by not paying up on their promises! COME ON TOPCASHBACK EITHER MAKE THEM PAY OR BAN THE CROOKS FROM THE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!

These cowboys refused to pay out, even though I met their criteria to the letter. Topcashback eventually paid me half as a goodwill measure, but informed me that William Hill were refusing point blank to pay out. Disgusting!

Cashback not tracked. Placed bet for Grand National, have been in hospital and never thought to check if tracked considering William Hill is a HUGE company!!!
Over 100 days now so doubt I will have any chance getting cashback .... if unsuccessful I will be closing the William Hill account I opened and will tell family and friends to give them a wide berth.
Have never had any problems with any other merchants I have used before on this site.

Don't know what other reviews are talking about, almost put me off but mine tracked rightaway so whatever issues they were have been fixed or perhaps its only the people who had negative experiences who posted reviews.
Won my bet too and cashback tracked quicker than I expected. £19.19 for a £10 stake? Free money lol.

Cashback hasn't tracked, they refused me my winnings because they hadn't verified my age BEFORE my bet (don't even think of placing a bet until you see they have verified it, which, by the way, is very hidden). Their customer service refuse to pay out the winnings. Avoid.

This is the second comment I've left as my first one has never been published for some reason. Both my mum and I opened accounts with William Hill for the Grand National and neither transaction tracked. Not sure of the point of them being on here and not sure why their statistics still say N/A - surely there are enough grumpy customers by now for TCB to publish some figures to guide other users in the direction of another company who will honour their cashback.

Visited to place annual Grand National bet, but nothing since. Have put in missing cashback claim and will see what happens. Normally Topcashback excellent when things go wrong
so am still slightly hopeful but will not use William Hill again.

Like others - didn't track.I've put a claim in but not holding out much hope. Topcashback should ditch this rogue merchant. Also very quick to take payment from card, but to cash out winnings I had to call several times and eventually got through to verify my age.

same as everyone else transaction not tracked - have raised a claim - and to add insult to injury have just found out that when you make your deposit by credit card it is taken by the merchant as a cash withdrawal so not only do you pay a cash withdrawal fee but it is now racking up interest on by CC as well - not good all round!
