This transaction was in Feb 2012 and still no cashback. Avoid if only selecting this merchant because of cashback!

They have finally agreed after 5 months to pay my Cashback - this was in January and I am still waiting. My original purchase was in July 2012 - Cashback service very poor!!!!!!

Never paid out after chasing for months, it seems that there are other negative reviews about the cash back payout. Wouldn't ever use William Hill again promising a high cash back rate (at the time) to get new users but then no payout.

I took advantage of one of their cashback offers in April 2012. The transaction still hadn't tracked in July 2012 so I filed a missed claim file. Depsite a few nudges from me in October, November & December William Hill still haven't even tracked my original transaction.
I will not be using William Hill again!

Very bad experience - went through the process as normal (I am not a novice at this, so know the ropes) - the deal was to click through, open an account and spend £10 - so did this but despite all indicators saying that the transaction was registered, the click through failed to show in my cashback. I had to open a claim with TopCashback which showed my click through but William Hill came back and claimed I clicked through with someone else and refused my cashback - What total rubbish! I only ever use this cashback site. Rip-off merchants, I will NEVER use William Hill again!

Was entitled to £11 for opening a new account, this was done back in Feb 12, still waiting!!, submitted a claim with Top Cashback, but nothing been done in nearly 10 months. It's a joke. Do not open a account with William Hill, they don't pay out the cashback. Con merchants

I wish I'd read some of the other reviews before using Willaim Hill through Topcashback. I claimed in April and it is now Sep, 6 months down the line after chasing and nudging 3 times and still no record of it on my account. if you're looking for a bookmaker cashback offer, try any of the others bookies rather than William Hill

Just a note to say despite numerous successful transactions through Topcashback this is the first merchant to refuse to honour their promise to pay cashback and the first that Topcashback have been unable to persuade to make good on their agreement. No fault with Topcashback but only go to this merchant if you dont expect a payout and be advised from my own experience other sites offer better odds as well.

Does no give cash back even when placing a bet and doing as it says, have waited 4 months for the claim to be tracked only for them to decline, without giving a good reason. Do not use.
