Over a year has gone by, still no cashback that has 'tracked'
Put in a claim with TopCashBack withing a 2 weeks of using merchant, and TCB don't seem interested either, what is the point in filing a claim if you do not receive any help.
Both parties are useless

Didnt track after joining so got in touch with tcb - it was put on ice for a while and then put to awaiting merchant - so lord know how long it is going to take to pay out but i wont give in

Glad some people got their cash back after 2 weeks, however mine tracked within 24 hours said 12 weeks wait for cash back (fair enough) 12th week comes and all of a sudden its been refreshed to 19 weeks wait !!!.... still waiting not holding my breath though.

Like many other users William Hill have had a shocking service and left cashback hanging for over a year before rejecting claims
They must have changed something for all these positive comments recently but it would be nice if they actually paid out the previous users !!!!

Cashback initially said it would take 1 week 6 days to payout, it has now just changed to 9 weeks, seems a bit of an extreme change.

So it appears that they are paying up now but go back over a year and it doesn't look like they paid cashback to anyone - including me! Pay up William hill all legitimate claims but not being honoured, not good in your line of business !!!!

Took advantage of cash back offer in July 2012. Never tracked and had to be chased. They have now accepted the cash back claim but still have not paid it. Do not know when, if ever, I will see my cash back payment. Beware this company.
