Don’t bother.
Don’t bother in trying to get money back from this company because you won’t, I’ve tried a few times and all have been declined and they don’t say why. So don’t bother it’s to much hassle, not good for a high street brand they should do more.

Declined for no reason.
Ordered clothes via Topcashback. I paid for express delivery as they were required urgently for a funeral. Everything was done thru topcashback but they have declined my claim. I would have collected from a store but they have shut all anywhere near me. I didn’t realise a company that size was so hard up to refuse a £3 claim!

Often declines
I’ve tracked several purchases for Yours and more than half have been declined. I understand for the odd one when I returned goods. But most of the declined transactions are complete transactions that are declined without good reason.
