I use this retailer regularly and like their service however I am getting very frustrated with their cashback service as whenever I click through via this site, my cashback systematically tracks on a rival cash back site at a lower rate!!!

I rate Zalando no stars, unfortunately, I have to register one star to post my comments. Zalando refused to pay out because it did not recognise TCB 'as the last referral to the merchan site and this transaction'. They came to this conclusion after I asked TCB to investigate. I bought a very expensive pair of boots from them and will not be purchasing anything else from their website again.
