For some reason the last two transactions have been declined. I've not had a problem in the past and other retailers have tracked ok. This is a shame as the cash back is generous and they sell a good range of clothes

Unfortunately none of my transactions have tracked through TopCashback with this merchant, which is very frustrating considering the vast majority of transactions with other retailers are tracked immediately. I've just had a claim rejected. I'm not using Zalando any differently than any other store I visit via TopCashback. The cashback level is good, but seeing as I've not received any and, reading user reviews would suggest others are having the same problem, I'd suggest that if the cashback is important to you then use another shop.
The retailer has a lot of good clothes on offer in the latest fashions. I've purchased a few t-shirts, some of which have been brilliant quality, others not such good quality for the price - the sort of fabric that twist in the wash. I did return one item which all went smoothly.

Ordered twice one tracked one didn't! All I can say is the same as TCB "clear your cookies prior to making a transaction and that you then go on to make a transaction immediately and wholly online."
I think I go distracted mid order!

Visit recorded no problem, transaction not tracked, claim placed for cashback. Claim rejected although there are no grounds for this. No appeal process available. Do not use for cashback. Oh- and the product was delayed

Cashback not tracked. Claim submitted but no joy as yet. I wouldn't bother using them for cashback again - they may have a high cashback rate but they don't pay it!!

I have used this merchant on 3 occasions and delivery was quick with good quality products with free returns plus the added bonus of 10% cashback.Tracks quickly and pays promptly!!

Please be aware - I purchased something for £35, however it tracked as £29.17, I believe this merchant isn't applying the cashback to the VAT amount. For me it only made a pound or so of difference however it you spending a lot more it's worth bearing in mind

I made a valid purchase through Topcashback from this company.
However, I have been informed that my cashback request has been declined by the retailer.
Unfortunately I did not retain the customer reference in order to file a "missing" cashback claim.
I will not be purchasing from this retailer again.
Topcashback services however were, as ever, excellent.
