Scandalous cashback tracked then declined on valid order. Will use alternative supplier, and possibly cashback site, next time. Will be returning my items via their free returns service, it'll cost them.

I had to enter a missing Cashback claim as the item did not track. However, three days after the merchant received the manual claim I was awarded the correct cashback amount. Thank you TopCashBack.
