	I am very happy with the good range of quality items I have bought so far from Zooplus. I am espeially happy with the Oko cat litter which my cats love and is the best cat litter I have ever tried and very good value for money. I was very impressed with the speed my last order came which was made around christmas.

	After waiting over a year & countless requests, zooplus have suddenly said they have "no trace" of my order tracking. Very poor company in honouring cashback, will not use them again

	Zooplus offer a fantastic range of pet products at very competitive prices, and I have found them to be quicker than most others in paying out Cashback. Cannot fault them and would highly recommend.

	Have had mixed feelings about this retailer - one order changed after I had paid for it, and then had to return the wrong article....then the cashback didn't track on more than one occasion. But saying that, with a degree of perseverance, the cashback came through and the value of it was worth it. I only use this retailer for my pet food purchases now - do use them if you are looking for their supplied range!

	Good company that offers some unique pet products. Cashback has tracked and paid every time except my first transaction, which I am still chasing a year later. That aside, zooplus is worth a visit, and who has their own rewards scheme that allows you to trade for more pet goodies.
