	Cant praise this company enough. Good prices and very fast delivery. I had bought an item I was not happy with and a refund was given without hesitation. I always feel that the proof of a top notch retailer is their after care and zooplus goes to the top of my list.

	I had previously used this company a number of times, however the last 2 times the transactions have not tracked automatically and I am still waiting to see if the cash back will be paid. My advice would be to look for alternative companies.

	I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and just today discovered that they have decreased the cashback for existing customers by 1% so only new customers get 5%. Totally unacceptable and shows very poor judgment and customer service. Will now shop with Pet Supermarket to make a point. Zooplus, note to you, lower cashback rates for existing customers will make you lose loyal customers as we don't feel appreciated!!!

	I have absolutely no problems with zooplus as a supplier - huge range of excellent products, good prices & extremely quick delivery But I am giving up trying for cashback from them as for some reason it never tracks properly & their reponse to claims is: "Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" even though I know it was, & I haven't used any voucher codes.

	Like the store, prices are slightly lower than average for bird stuff (although the advent calendar I bought for parrots is one of a kind so was more than I'd usually pay). However, I wasn't given any cashback, despite the fact that I only went shopping there because I noticed them on Top Cashback, and I followed the link through here, not a search engine. But there we go. I will not be visiting them again. The food prices are better at another site, and they've recently started stocking toys at good prices; the savings make it worth missing out on the cashback that I probably wouldn't get anyway.

	Immediately after sending a nudge, I received this: "Unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'." So I won't be using Zoo'non'plus again.

	No problems with the ordering and delivery process, Zooplus offers products at competetive rates. However refused cashback stating I have gone through another 3rd party website, which is a load of tosh as I went directly through TC's link and in any case I auto delete cookies every time I log off.

	Best pet site on the net. Great prices. Free delivery often arrives within 2 to 3 days from order. I select Royal mail Delivery for 50p extra, as due to previous experience of Yodel,with another retailer (The worst couriers in the world.) wheres my book yodel, you delivered it,but not to ME at my address! Cashback often tracks within the hour and payable within 8 weeks. No problems of any description. Top pet Site.

	Sadly they refused to honour the cash back. I will stick to using Pet Supermarket in future as they always pay out and have a good choice of products at good prices.

	I'd never heard of these people before and was a little dubious but their prices drew me in. I'm really glad I tried them. Plenty of notifications regarding the order and delivery. Item was delivered with no problems and was great value for money. Can't say anything bad about the whole experience.

	Cashbacks has never tracked with zooplus. They rejected the past four cashbacks with 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale', even though I always click through TCB before purchasing anything. I would never consider purchasing from them for the cashback incentive - other sites track with no problem and are prompt to pay.

	Don't bother as it rarely tracks properly and then they refuse to approve your manual claim because they can. Rubbish customer experience and service. Petsupermarket much better in every way! Stay clear from zooplus.

	I bought a cat tree from Zooplus and am very pleased with it - it arrived quickly, and delivery was free as I spent over £19. Recommended.

	There's no doubting zooplus are a very good site, but be wary re cashback. I wanted to add an item to my order so e-maled them rather than put in a 2nd order & pay more p&p. THEY then cancelled my original order & created another to include the extra item, but then refused cashback saying the order had been cancelled doh I didn't expect cb on the extra item but seems if they can get out of paying any cb, they will. TCB did offer to pay half, which was a nice gesture, but I don't expect them to pay for zooplus's deviousness !

	Zooplus declined cashback after I had to submit a missing cashback claim, the reason given was 'Transaction cannot be traced'. Apparently they cannot prove my purchase was the result of a Top CashBack referral! Very good way to lose loyal customers Zooplus, keep up the terrible work - never again.

	What can I say this retailer has very good prices on all products, cashback is good too. Having animals is an expensive business however using this merchant does save money and delivery is free if you spend over £19 also you get points which you save until you have enough to get a small or large treat for your pet. Breeders can also benefit as they do give a good discount for bulk buys, regular offers as well.
