Still very good - tracking is reliable, but I've just noticed that cashback has been reduced to 2% for current customers which is slightly disappointing. But I can't really complain because their prices are very competitive anyway, and you can get further discounts if you join their VIP club or spend more than £75 (you can get another 3% discount). Overall, they're pretty good - and even better for delivery now that you can choose DPD i.e. you can properly track the delivery and know when it will be delivered to within an hour - a great improvement over using the clowns at Yodel, when you've no idea when delivery will be made, if at all (they lost one of parcels last year, so I opted for DPD instead)

An incorrect cashback insertion has been allocated to my TopCashback account, with respect to my Missing CashBack Claim. When I contacted the Cusmore Services, I got a reply that "the amount is all they will be awarding".

Pay very quickly every single time - I've ordered from these guys for almost a year since bringing my kitten home, they pay up every time and very quickly - cheap for pet food too - great work zooplus :)

I've been using Zooplus for years, I really like their range and quality. However just recently I've had problems with tracking on a few orders. It has gone through after I've chased it but bit annoying. I don't like the £1 extra charge for DPD either. You used to pay less for choice of courier, 50p I think.

This company almost always disputes fail to track legitimate cash back. When I challenge it they come up with disingenuous reasons why they don't want to pay out the promised cash back. Topcashback also fail to take responsibility to support such claims.

I've been using Zooplus for a few years now. They have a really good selection of pet products. Cash back always tracks and pays out. I joined their loyalty program as my orders are usually quite large (I think I paid £9 for three year's membership if I remember rightly). This gives an automatic 5% discount. Then use 'STOCK-UP' as a promo code if you spend over £75, which gives an additional 5% off. With cash back on top of that I'm a happy bunny! They have recently started to use DPD as one of their carriers. This can be selected at a cost of £1. This really is the cherry on the cake for me as I now get an email telling me when my parcel will arrive (a one hour slot). 10/10 for Zooplus!

I got the products I wanted at a reasonable price. Arrived in good time, but no cashback arrived. I submitted a claim, but it was very quickly declined. Disappointing.

I can't fault Zooplus as a merchant - great range of products, good prices, fantastic customer services and fast delivery. I've had a couple of issues with visits not being picked up for cashback, but TCB have been great in getting them resolved.

Absolutely no problem with this merchant, either in terms of products, ease of purchase or delivery. I have used them before I tried to purchase via TopCashBack. On this occasion the purchase did not track, and the claim I lodged via TCB was declined - no reason identified. I will try again via TCB when I next come to use this merchant.

The merchant's products generally good quality and I often use them because they will ship by Royal Mail for a 50p fee rather than a courier (so at least can be picked up at depot if I'm not in.) However, my cashback experiences have been very poor, so I wouldn't use this to "sway me" towards ordering from them again. I made a purchase in July 2013 and Cashback didn't register. TopCashback to their credit, followed this up but only now in February 2014, I've been informed that Zooplus have declined, but have given no reason for it. It is frustrating when suppliers use the prospect of cashback as an incentive to choose them over others, but then decline for no reason. It's like saying, "We'll give you an x percent discount on your purchase," but after you've paid full price, saying, "oh, we changed our mind." Not good.

Very poor experience. Two cashback claims rejected after waiting over 6 months to respond, and also have a 3rd one outstanding (I'm not holding my breath). Won't be using them again

When it doesn't track you have had it, as, just like the other reviewers state, manual claiMs are always rejected on the basis that you used a different 'marketing channel', which is totally incorrect as I only use TCB. it's always the large zooplus transactions that don't track as well!

Zooplus used to give cashback but now they don't track at all. Looking at previous comments it's unlikely my cashback claims will be successful. This needs to be amended, either hold their end of the bargain or remove them from this site. No point wasting our time.

Following the 3 purchases not tracked, Zooplus rejected the claims without good enough specific reasons. I am trying the tracking one more time then I'm off to try another cashback site instead. Not very happy to be honest.

Shopping with Zooplus is fine, no real complaints there. However, 5 months after my purchase I've received feedback that I have been denied cashback, no reason specified by the merchant. Won't bother shopping with them again to be honest.

Been using Zooplus for a long while now and very happy with their service and normally the cashback tracks immediately, however since my other a couple of months ago, I've made 3 orders and none of them have tracked. Very frustrating.
