Absolutely no problem with this merchant, either in terms of products, ease of purchase or delivery. I have used them before I tried to purchase via TopCashBack. On this occasion the purchase did not track, and the claim I lodged via TCB was declined - no reason identified. I will try again via TCB when I next come to use this merchant.

The merchant's products generally good quality and I often use them because they will ship by Royal Mail for a 50p fee rather than a courier (so at least can be picked up at depot if I'm not in.) However, my cashback experiences have been very poor, so I wouldn't use this to "sway me" towards ordering from them again. I made a purchase in July 2013 and Cashback didn't register. TopCashback to their credit, followed this up but only now in February 2014, I've been informed that Zooplus have declined, but have given no reason for it. It is frustrating when suppliers use the prospect of cashback as an incentive to choose them over others, but then decline for no reason. It's like saying, "We'll give you an x percent discount on your purchase," but after you've paid full price, saying, "oh, we changed our mind." Not good.

Very poor experience. Two cashback claims rejected after waiting over 6 months to respond, and also have a 3rd one outstanding (I'm not holding my breath). Won't be using them again

When it doesn't track you have had it, as, just like the other reviewers state, manual claiMs are always rejected on the basis that you used a different 'marketing channel', which is totally incorrect as I only use TCB. it's always the large zooplus transactions that don't track as well!

Zooplus used to give cashback but now they don't track at all. Looking at previous comments it's unlikely my cashback claims will be successful. Remove them from this site. No point wasting our time and yours

Zooplus used to give cashback but now they don't track at all. Looking at previous comments it's unlikely my cashback claims will be successful. This needs to be amended, either hold their end of the bargain or remove them from this site. No point wasting our time.

Following the 3 purchases not tracked, Zooplus rejected the claims without good enough specific reasons. I am trying the tracking one more time then I'm off to try another cashback site instead. Not very happy to be honest.

Shopping with Zooplus is fine, no real complaints there. However, 5 months after my purchase I've received feedback that I have been denied cashback, no reason specified by the merchant. Won't bother shopping with them again to be honest.

My most recent orders in the past several months have failed to track, and after missing cashback claims are submitted my claims are denied despite obviously clicking through to Zooplus via TCB.

Been using Zooplus for a long while now and very happy with their service and normally the cashback tracks immediately, however since my other a couple of months ago, I've made 3 orders and none of them have tracked. Very frustrating.

Cant praise this company enough. Good prices and very fast delivery. I had bought an item I was not happy with and a refund was given without hesitation. I always feel that the proof of a top notch retailer is their after care and zooplus goes to the top of my list.

I had previously used this company a number of times, however the last 2 times the transactions have not tracked automatically and I am still waiting to see if the cash back will be paid. My advice would be to look for alternative companies.

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and just today discovered that they have decreased the cashback for existing customers by 1% so only new customers get 5%. Totally unacceptable and shows very poor judgment and customer service. Will now shop with Pet Supermarket to make a point. Zooplus, note to you, lower cashback rates for existing customers will make you lose loyal customers as we don't feel appreciated!!!

I have absolutely no problems with zooplus as a supplier - huge range of excellent products, good prices & extremely quick delivery But I am giving up trying for cashback from them as for some reason it never tracks properly & their reponse to claims is: "Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" even though I know it was, & I haven't used any voucher codes.

Like the store, prices are slightly lower than average for bird stuff (although the advent calendar I bought for parrots is one of a kind so was more than I'd usually pay). However, I wasn't given any cashback, despite the fact that I only went shopping there because I noticed them on Top Cashback, and I followed the link through here, not a search engine. But there we go. I will not be visiting them again. The food prices are better at another site, and they've recently started stocking toys at good prices; the savings make it worth missing out on the cashback that I probably wouldn't get anyway.

Immediately after sending a nudge, I received this: "Unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'." So I won't be using Zoo'non'plus again.
