If you’re looking for home insurance, you should take a look at what AA can offer you. Have a read through the AA Home Insurance review feedback below and you’ll see the vast majority of members who took out a policy through us were delighted with what they received. Many highlight how pleased they were with the cashback process, while others praise the company for the product and service provided. One member said: “Very good company to deal with, no issues at all.”

Among the many comments left regarding cashback, some of the feedback you’ll find includes “good value insurance with cashback as advertised — excellent”, “smooth transaction, tracked immediately and paid out quickly”, “five-star service, fast payout” and “great — always pays out, never fails”. While the AA Home Insurance reviews feedback on Trustpilot isn’t quite as positive as what you’ll find here, there is still some very good feedback. One happy customer stated: “I have been with the AA insurance services for many years for house building and contents, car insurance and breakdown cover. Bought AA home ins through TCB on 11/1/2014. I am still waiting for cashback to appear in my account which still isn't even tracking never mind confirmed or payable despite clearing cookies etc.. Raised a claim on 18th Jan and nothing happened despite sending numerous nudges in the interim period. Escalated to customer care on 30th June and still waiting for resolution (they are looking into it). Appreciate TCB have to get the money from the AA before they pay out but when I suggested TCB should remove AA off their website because they aren't paying out TCB don't want to know even though the AA are upsetting hundreds of customers by their failure to pay out and damaging TCB's reputation (see various forums). Don't count on getting your cash quickly (or even at all) from the AA. If anyone from TCB reads this then note, me and numerous other customers are not happy with the AA so don't keep promoting them as a "faster payer" because that is one thing they certainly aren't.

As with all recent comments, I have been waiting since February and still no cashback. I have appealed for Topcashback to chase them and review their faster paying rating but they do not appear too concerned by the look of all the other dissatisfied customers on here! Grossly misleading for a customer to make a purchase on the basis of receiving faster paying cashback and then get nothing at all.

I note the AA cash back offer is still listed under home insurance, and they're listed as a "fast payer". Read the most recent reviews, they should be removed from Topcashback.

Be warned - you will never get your cashback! I bought home insurance from the AA in June 2012. The transaction tracked, but 2 years later is still showing as confirmed. No amount of chasing seems to work. I don't think they have any intention of paying.

The near £40 cash back deal from the AA was the reason I signed up to Topcashback, unfortunately 5 months later The AA still haven't paid up. I've received other small amounts from other companies, but not receiving cash back from the AA has put me off using Topcashback.

Purchased home insurance in July 2012. The policy expired in July 2013. The cashback is still tracking but has still not been paid. never had to claim on the policy so no idea what the service was like, but seems clear to me they have no intention of honouring the cashback.

Don't bother with AA cashback, my £38.00 was declined with no reason given. They should not be on here if they are picking & choosing who to give cashback too.

Twice I have purchased insurance with the AA both times now my cashback has been declined. never seem to have this problem with other merchants.

Purchased buildings and contents insurance from AA after searching several comparison sites. They were not only the cheapest but also their reviews on cashback payments were very good. Have just received my cashback, a little longer than most (around 3 months) but still received without any chasing. Excellent - many thanks AA and Top Cashback.

Although I was pleased with the overall price of my home contents insurance from the AA, when taking into account the cashback offer and a promised refund on the cancellation fee charged by my previous home contents insurer, how long the cashback took to arrive with respect to the average payment speed stated by TopCashback was frustrating. Instead of the 8-week average I was hoping for, it took nearly 15 weeks. I appreciate it IS an average, therefore some payments will inevitably take a bit longer than that to arrive, but nearly double the average seems excessive, and TopCashback didn't want to help me until I'd waited 16 to 18 weeks in total. This is the first time I've had to wait so much longer than the stated average during my time on TopCashback, so it has rather tainted the overall purchase experience for me, but better late than never, I guess, and these reviews suggest many people have experienced "never" (which is partly why I wanted to leave my own review).

Bought home and contents insurance on 26/11/13 tracked at £38.38 with estimated 8 week wait until payable. Still not moved from it's initial showing as tracked. TCP chasing for me, lets hope they pay up for them.

Been waiting over 7 months and still not even confirmed. Have taken out longer contracts for mobile phones and Broadband etc and received payments from them vendors in less than half the time!

Cashback tracks but doesn't actually payout. I thought this might be the case from other reviews, however thought that there is nothing to loose if AA was offering the cheapest insurance anyway.

Waited months at 'Pending' and then amount just disappeared altogether. Waste of time, certainly wont use the AA again, if you say that you will pay cashback then do it!
