No problems with cashback YET although I am a little perturbed by the comments of previous reviewers - hopefully, they have sorted out the problems with tracking by now. However, the product was an excellent price with next day delivery which was very impressive and I would order from them again. Just beware of the extended warranty - within an hour of receiving my product, I received a call from AO trying to sell me an extended warranty...without being too clear on the fact that this was an extended warranty - they made it seem as though it was part of the normal guarantee until they confirmed direct debit details, at which point I realised that this was an extra warranty and not something I wanted to pay for. Apart from that attempt at hard sell, this was a great experience - a good product at a good price, with excellent delivery times.

I bought my item from Appliances online as it offered the cashback, otherwise I would have gone to another retailer. After having to submit a claim AO.com have said that I bought it through a different website. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!! No cashback for me - an unhappy customer who will not be repeating business with them again. I bought an expensive product which I am happy with but sadly this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I have used them before several times and found them to be very good. However, they must have changed their customer services outlook! :-( I will be looking around in future. BEWARE !!!

This is the second site I have visited via cashback that didn't allow me to enter details when ordering online so had to telephone the companies directly - however both were good deals and excellent service. Just have to wait and see if cash back comes through.

Although the company offers excellent customer service and the best prices around the same cannot be said for the cash back experience. My purchases never tracked and I always have to file a missing cash back claim. It amazes me that a company can get some things so right yet on the other hand get things so wrong.

Very impressed by this company with regards to customer services and delivery. I put my order on the Eco delivery (a time when they were in my area to save a special delivery) and they said between 7am and 7pm. It was delivered at 7am - great for someone working! The delivery men were great and so far no complaints at all and would definitely use again. Just awaiting the cashback going through its journey now, but so far so good

Superb - they were cheaper than anyone else by £40, free delivery within 48 hours and on a Sunday - they phoned me that morning to say when they'd be there within a 1 hour timeframe, which they met, and the delivery/installation guys were fantastic. As the icing on the cake my cashback tracked almost immediately and was payable in under a week!
Incredible service, delighted.

Casback tracks ok. A little slow to reach payable but not as bad as many others.

After initially ordering a washing machine with another company who didn't bother updating their website to say it was actually of of stock.
I placed the order with this group on Tuesday afternoon and had the machine less than 24 hours late.
A very good service with delivery update from the delivery driver!
