	Cashback confirmed even when using a discount code Purchased for delivery and it tracked and paid out 11 weeks later even though I used a personalised discount code that B&Q had emailed me as a member of their B&S Club and paid with a One4All card (which is a gift card but acts as a prepaid Visa debit card - don't know if I would have received the cashback if I had used B&Q's own gift cards as payment).

	Didn't track The cashback didn't track and after reading these reviews I haven't bothered to lodge a missing cashback claim as it seems they don't pay out anyway!

	Never pay out I shop regularly at B&Q as we are renovating our home. When doing a large purchase I do it through this to get some cashback. Every single time I do I have to log it and then it comes back rejected citing different excuses each time. The first time they claimed I returned the purchase and I was on the phone to both B&Q and TopCashback before TC agreed to cover it as a one off because B&Q still refused. This latest time they are claiming it didn't track which I know is impossible because I had everything saved in my account before I accessed via TC to pay. They either need to be removed or TC need to cover the costs

	Took sooo long and not fully reimbursed Took months to get any where near sorted and still owed £10.17 p But hay ho ! ! I doubt I will get this refunded !!

	B&Q hope you'll forget the Cashback Every time I use Top Cashback (TCB) to buy from B&Q, I have to follow up days later to register the sale with TCB. Otherwise nothing happens and you loose the cashback. B&Q obviously think if they don't register sale, the customer will forget and they get to keep the cashback. TCB need to something about this. Remember to follow up and register your B&Q purchases.

	Great Cash Back I paid goods on line and the top up to my Top Cash Back came through quickly. Very Good rate of reward.

	Never pays out I've placed numerous orders with B&Q and I never expect the cashback as I always have to lodge a manual track and every time B&Q always say that Top cashback wasn't used for the purchase. I don't do anything different to any other merchants, who do pay out. Not sure why B&Q are even still on top cashback as they clearly don't want to pay out and simply using the cashback as a lure.

	Fast and easy Fast and easy transaction. Had a special booster on- so received 10% cashback, plus the item I brought was already reduced by £80. So extremely happy!

	Cashback never tracks properly Each time I've gone through and made a purchase on this site I've ALWAYS had to submit a claim for the cashback.

	Click & Collect purchases but out of stock on arrival?! I purchased paint online via Click n Collect. Got confirmation email and the ' ready to collect' message so drive to the East Kilbride store. When I arrived I was told it was out of stock despite monies taken from my credit card. That is the 2nd time its happened so avoid. Took a week to get refund after complaint.

	Paid without problem Surprised when I came to write this review that there was a page of negative reviews - though then noticed they were nearly all duplicates by one person resubmitting their negative review multiple times. Personally speaking I had no problems - made sure I hadn't researched prices through B&Q prior to going to the site through TCB as I know some sites use that as an excuse not to pay. Cashback tracked quickly and was paid out without problem.

	Long process to get cashback Had to chase through nudges many times and this is the second time I have had to chase cashback with B&Q. Neither time did it track straight away and waited months to get it resolved
