Rubbish, like previous comments, fails to complete on last payment page. Tried to purchase Samsung TV LE40C580 3 or 4 times last night. Got a call this morning at 8:30 from my credit card security department as they could see I tried numerous times to buy. Suggested I try again as there is no problem at their end, but guess what still no joy. Best Buy if you are reading this you need to do the right thing as you are at my bottom of list for future purchases

Been try to buy a tv for 2 days totally hopless the site refuses payment at the last stage....Cyber attack by the wikileaks crew on there payment provider...or just don't want to pay the cashback?

Complete scam, it seems that they are only allowing certain items to be purchased via cash back websites - the item that I was going to buy, would have given me about £70 cash back, and like the others, checkout gets to the last stage and then fails telling you to ring customer services.
The above happens both with another cashback and TopCashback.
When you do ring, they can tell you nothing of the problem, but are happy to try to push a sale on the phone, with no cash back attached! Forget that, I would rather go to Amazon for the same amount if I have to pay the full price!

Bought three item for xmas and all showed with in the hour.Nice website but now unable to check out.Tried one debit card and one credit card both with ample funds,but keeps getting refused.Called the helpline totally hopless blamed it on clicking thru from topcashback. Suggested that I buy it over the phone with no cashback,also stated that another cashback were having problems as well.

Tracked correctly within a few hours. Laptop could not be found cheaper anywhere else, even before cashback was taken into account, so this is potentially an excellent find.

Ordered the Sony NEX5 camera, superb delivery on SUNDAY by DHL using the standard free delivery. Only problem has been is with cashback... nothing has been tracked as yet and I rarely get problems with other retailers... I have submitted a missing cashback claim... hope i get it!!! Does anyone know if the cashback applies to their BestBuy Entertainment site (when you click through the normal BestBuy link)?

Best Buy seemed to welcome a purchase through Top CashBack.
Transaction was carried out very straight forward, No tears, goods were delivered well within time.
Cashback amount was showing in my account within a couple of hours.

Ordered a new AV system when they launched the 10% cashback offer. Tracked quickly, no issues placing order, delivered on day requested, got tracking info by text message (note to BB if they read this, format the damn message so you can copy and paste on an iphone easily!! or send it via email as well as there was space for the number on the dispatch email but no tracking number).
Only downside to me was the cashback offer increasing to 15% only a couple of days after I ordered it, I could have cancelled the order and redone it but decided it was probably to much hassle. Overall a good experience, just waiting for the cashback to move to confirmed and then payable which should happen in January from estimated dates.

I've been trying to make a purchase for a tv for the last couple of weeks with no success. The order goes through to the point of putting your credit card details in and when processing, it fails. Rang Bestbuy who says that their system is working fine. However credit card company says that the transaction was not tracked on their system. Anyone has experienced it? I think it's the Bestbuy system that is not letting the transaction go through. I'm not sure whether they are blocking some transactions ESP.with the 10% cash back offer.

This is a follow up to my previous posting. Having read the other reviews here, it seems I have been very luck ;-) From ordering to delivery, Best Buy has been the bees knees. The item I wanted was in stock and available for delivery. When I ordered, the cashback was 15% (10% top up from TCB brought that to 15.15%). This was tracked in under 24 hours. There was a discount code of 9% which was accepted (eventually). Delivery was free, and the product arrived when Best Buy said it would. Best Buy emailed and texted the tracking number to me. The product was brand new and boxed, and worked perfectly. All in all, a FIVE STAR service, and I recommend this merchant.

When doing a price comparison factor in £20 for a 2 hour delivery slot or £10 for all day delivery. That can cancel out any cashback.
