Rubbish as its been impossible to place an order. When veryfying credit card details the site just says 'try again later' and the order doesn't go through. Tried several times and have no problems with other sites. Amateurs, who won't stay in business for long.

The product was not only delivered as stated but the courier even telephoned the client to inform them when delivery would be made. The quality of the product was also exceptional.

How can anyone give 6 stars in a review when they are complaining that TCB did not track their purchase. That is a major fault as far as I am concerned, and we need the star system to more accurately flag that there is a problem, by filling in correctly.

Ordered laptop, as cheapest I could find anywhere and thought cashback would be an added bonus. Selected a delivery day of Tuesday...waited in all day, the laptop was delivered on the Wednesday! Quite annoying as delivery was £5 and a waste of a day! Delivered by DHL though, so maybe not the fault of BestBuy. Still haven't received any cashback for the item, Im currently trying to claim it via Topcashback, been told this can take months...we'll have to see what happens there. Overall would have bought product without the cashback deal anyway and item was a really good so would recommend Best Buy.

I have tried to order twice from here, both times it initially said stock available for home delivery. i ordered an Ipad & a Macbook. Also had Tom Tom Start in my basket along with other items,when I got to checkout it changed to store pick up (I live in Scotland) & wouldn't accept tom tom discount code. Called customer services & listened to music for 20+ minutes then GAVE UP! Wouldn't recommend!

They may offer significant cash back but unfortunately it's only of any benefit if they can actually deliver the product. Ordered an iPod Nano for my daughter's Christmas present on the 5th December for delivery on 14th. I rang on the 16th to ask what had happened to it only to be told that it was out of stock and there may or may not be another delivery on the 19th. The chap at Customer Service was friendly enough but they would have left me hanging on waiting for the iPod without letting me know it was out of stock. Not impressed, so won't be using these again in the foreseeable future.

Hi like many others i have tried to order a sony tv. After putting all details in and taken through to card authorisation page, the payment fails even though there is enough funds in. Tried twice on my card and once on my husbands. Same thing everytime. Maybe it doesnt want to give the 10% discount code and the cashback. Not happy. It would probably work if i just went through best buy.

Ordered laptop, cashback tracked fine, checked out fine, but a much weaker spec laptop arrived. Sorting this out via customer services and dhl seems okay, hopefully right model will arrive soon.

Best Buy has some problem with their website which does not allow you to actually buy anything through a cashback website it seems. I've had the same problem with another cashback site. Not impressed with Best Buy at all

Excellent. Just cannot fault any part of their service. Purchased a wireless router - cheapest price online. Tracked within hours. When going through the purchase procedure you have the option of choosing delivery on a particular day of the week, one of those days being free delivery (different days have different delivery costs). Great to know exactly when the item would be delivered. Item arrived exceptionally well packaged (a bit OTT really!) with the added touch of recieving the receipt in a little folder, so it's less likely to be mislaid. Too early to comment on whether the tracked amount pays up.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. SPENT AGES CHOOSING GOODS THEN FOUND OUT THAT NO DELIVERY OPTION WAS AVAILABLE FOR ONE OF THE ITEMS, THEN FOUND NEAREST STORE WAS 35 MILES AWAY AND, FINALLY, THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK. DON'T BOTHER!!!

Update to previous post. Maybe all the negative comments (and at another cashback site) including phone calls to Best Buy customer services have had a result? Because I have just been able to complete my order for the Samsung TV LE40C580. Let's hope it tracks shortly otherwise I shall be cancelling the order.
