On 27 Dec I ordered a home speaker system. Delivery was charged at £4.95, despite the shopping basket page suggesting it was free. But the order went through without problems, and delivery through DHL - with tracking - was very good, and the package arrived on the day arranged.
Sadly, there is no sign of the purchase on TCB, and so I have submitted a claim. TCB certainly recorded the times and dates of my visits to Best Buy, as these were displayed in the course of my claim submission.
So full marks to TCB, full marks to DHL, but the whole point of shopping through TCB is to get the cashback!

Best Buy seem to offer great cash back rates, good prices and great delivery. I have been a fan of theirs for many years in the USA and so glad to see them over here now!
My only concern is the seem VERY slow in actually paying up the cash back. Transaction still pending 2 months after purchase and not even confirmed yet.
I'll keep you updated if and when it gets confirmed and payable. Come on Best Buy, dont make great Cash Back offers then not follow through!

Over the past 24 hrs I have tried to purchase an item from this website. On not being able to purchase the item (as described by many other customers) I have called their customer services. They were apologetic and advised that because of a massive amount of fraud experienced by their company in the run up to xmas and early new year they are being extremely strict on on-line purchasing i.e if card address does not match account address etc it will not go through. Additionally I was also advised that after 1 unsuccessful attempt to order I must wait 24 hours before trying to order again as the account would be locked. Hope that this helps others in trying to purchase.

Tried to buy 2 different TVs but there is always a problem with the card or they just cant process my order... complete scam. Looking at other similar comments it seems Besy Buy do NOT offer cashback on TVs through this website.

I was given some money to get a lap top this Christmas and I chose a particular brand purely because it was available on Top Cash Back via Best Buys. I ordered a Sony Vaio as this was the best spec for price I could find. The sale tracked within 24 hours and the lap top arrived (free delivery) a few days later on the pre-arranged date.
Had no problems so far and am about to go back to them for an external hard drive as well. Obviously not sure how long it will take for this to become payable but very happy with the whole process so far.

Purchased two items on the same day. One item tracked, the other didn't. As tracking seems fraught with uncertainty, and very lengthy process.
I have now sent the untracked item back, which has been picked up today. Awaiting full refund.
The other item seems to be tracking OK, just waiting with more certainty.

WASTE OF TIME I too found that my credit card was rejected, even after I had called the credit card company to confirm the purchase. The only other company I have ever had this problem with is Carphone Warehouse...who just happen to be 50% owners of Best Buy UK.

Bought laptop all ok fast delivery and cashback tracked, 4 days later bought fridge freezer free delivery and 15% cashback all tracked, in my case this is not a scam and very pleased with there service and the laptop HP G72 is a great buy at £399 after cashback £340

Complete scam. Went all the way through the order and then at the payment page it did not accept my credit card. Tried twice and no success. The same issue with other users. Won't try to buy stuff from there again. Bought from AMAZON instead. Topcashback should review the comments regarding this merchant!

I fell victim to this too. Giving them my personal details, card details and then the payment "failing" and being replaced with a phone number to complete a cashbackless transaction. Clearly cashback is only available on expensive products. Shame on TCB for permitting this scam.

Tried to purchase a TV. will not process the order via cashback link. have been trying for past week. Dont waste your time ringing the customer services as each one has a different story from scams, to being new to this country to the card provider. have checked with both the credit/debit cards visa and mastercard and on one occasion was on the phone to them whilst making another purchase. a complete waste of time.

Anything but "best". Will never use this retailer again, thanks to poor (i.e. non-existent) customer service, an inability to deliver on the chosen delivery date and for choosing a carrier who actually seems incapable of carrying out deliveries. Avoid.

Best Buy is a bunch of cheaters..have tried 5 times to place a home delivery order for a Sony Camera NEX-5 but at the last stage of the payment process it fails. Never has my credit card ever declined and has enough credit limit to pay 5 of their employees. Best Buy think if they are not making enough profit of an article, then stop taking orders through top cash back..what a bunch of jokers..pity them. will never buy anything from this retailer again..

Was really impressed with this retailer. It was the first time I have used them; prices were reasonable, delivery was fast, item was very well packaged and cash-back tracked the day after the order was made. I didn't need to use customer service directly as nothing went wrong with the order but communication during the order was very good, which counts as customer service in my view, so still gave 5 stars for that. Glad to have found them and will definitely use again.

Great service. Delivery was one day late, but that was because of the snow/ice and most impressively, they called before the day to let me know the situation. The delivery was promised for the day after (that's be Christmas eve) and a phone call came through that morning, to let me know they were 30 minutes away. Very very good delivery service and, although that's not BestBuy as such, they no doubt insist on a level of service and this was the best service I've had in many years of on-line purchasing!
