ordered a xbox 360 for £299 which is more expensive than usual but attracted to cashback of 10%. so its the cheapest among all after cashback. But it never got tracked after a week, contacted topcashback and now the inquiry has been sent to best buy, still no cashback tracked. Very disspointed and lousy tracking...not sure if they even genuine about giving these cashback....not going to buy from them anymore..and hope you too. BEWARE!

Brought TV for xmas. Didnt track and cash back tell me that it was paid to someone else so I am not entitled. other item purchased through this website is still pending even though it is supposed to be paid at the end of month.. Poor service guys.

I ordered a piece of equipment form these guys with cashback at 20% paid with debit card item tracked the next day... no problem, though remains pending. I have since tried to purchase 2 tvs for my son using the same card which was declined? I then tried another card and this too was declined. My son had tried with his card and same thing... declined. He contacted merchant to be told that many of the banks are flagging this up as suspected fraudulent purchase! I gave up in the end and will not be purchasing again from this company. The original purchase is due for delivery on 24 Jan, we shall see what happens but won't hold my breath.

Ordered a sammy LE40C580 from these guys about a week ago now due to them offering 20.2% cash back and personally I have no complaints (yet). Payment went through fine (using debit card) was able to choose my delivery date and had a nice call from DHL confirming everything. Finally it all arived in perfect condition so I'm really happy with my purchase. Now after reading all these reviews I'm very much doubting I will recive my cashback even though it tracking in about 14 hours at £85. Personally I'm not too bothered if it takes a month or 2 so long as I get it.

Pray nothing is wrong with the item you ordered. Microwave returned 15th Dec after many costly calls (with no one phoning back despite countless promises). Over a month on still no refund and again no one taking expressibility to arrange, despite me having all order and return paperwork as requested. £40 out of pocket and with ever increasing phone bill (don't talk to me about the hours on the phone) As for e-mailing them with there "give you an answer in 1 day" they obviously work to a different time zone and calendar to the rest of us?

Got the product no problem, but the cashback didnt even track and after a complicated liase with TopCashBack, they have sent BestBuy a request to pay me, but that was roughly 2 Months ago and as of yet i have heard Nothing from either party. Poor from Best Buy, wont be going back there in a hurry.

Transaction failed to complete on 18/1/11 using topcashback. As others have said after credit card details are entered and verified the transaction then produces an error message. I have never experienced this problem before.

Ok so the cashback ends tomorrows, like jani i have tried to purchase the same product, mine get through, completed order and the tracking is fine. However seeing so many people having problems with your order i think probabaly is because you try to use a credit card, i did mine using a debit card. The payback date has shown to be 28th Feb, and is an estimate date, so cannot say anything more until it arrive that day. Hopefully TCB could do something about it!

Waste of my time! Have spent the last few days trying to buy a camera and accessories, but all I keep getting are problems with completing my order. All I can see is that Best Buy have co**ed it up by offering a cash back that they cannot adhere too. Well the cashback offer finishes tomorrow, what's the betting that my order would complete after tomorrow, well I won't find out as they aint getting my money now. I'm off to a company that honours their offers!!

Complete waste of time!!!!! Tried to buy a Canon 550D, like the others went upto the payment part and card got declined used another cards but kept on declining. Called Customer services got told my address has been blocked for 24 hours. Tried 36 hours later---- no joy. Asked my friend and then my family members to buy it for me and get it delivered to their address but guess what happened..................................................... All of them got declined!!!! If it is 20% discount you are looking for, you are not going to get it here..

Would echo what the others say. Their advertised cashback is a complete joke as the payment always fails. Of course they're more than happy to take a phone order (with no cashback)!!!!!!!!

Gave it one last chance ...declined again, with bank having no record of any requests for payment (meaning Best Buy are blocking it themselves) Went to Pixmania instead - 4% is better than SOD ALL.

Tracked quickly but took ages to confirm and is still not payable. Customer service was very good though as delivery was due when we had heavy snow. They phoned to keep me updated very well.

Cannot make purchase. Wasted time entering payment details for it to be declined. Credit card provider confirmed there is nothing wrong so its Best Buy that is the problem! Maybe they do this for low margin products...

Service is awful. If you have a problem, expect to wait 20 minutes to get through to someone on the phone. 2 months after cancelling an order, my debit card was debited by Best Buy by over £1000. 4 days later they tried to do the same - luckily my card company stopped them. I have since tried to resolve the issue, but nobody at all calls back! If you shop with them, after reading this, you must be mad! Don't be blinded by the cashback - it's not worth it!

I've had the same experience as others - refusal of all my credit cards which work fine elsewhere. I spoke to their customer services who agreed they'd been receiving many calls from unhappy potential customers and blamed their anti-fraud system which appears to be having problems in that it blocks some genuine customers for no apparent reason. They deny it's to do with coming from a cashback site but I'm not so sure!

Per many other reviews best buy refuse to process my tv purchase. Tried many times always failing after the credit card has been verified. Checked with credit card company and there are no problems there. Having successfully ordered before xmas it looks like they are preventing any 20% cashback sells going through!!!!!

Am hesitantly giving Best Buy a positive review...the cashback tracked the next day and the product has arrived in perfect condition....but am nervous that the cashback won't become payable after reading other comments. Will wait and see! Despite this, even without cashback the product (Bose) was the cheapest I could find online, albeit only by a couple of pounds. And free delivery, which is always a bonus!
