Very speedy delivery and excellent price. Cannot comment on their customer service as I had no need to ring them. Goods arrived on exactly the day they said they would. Cannot comment on Top Cashbacks involvement as cashback not yet "Payable" but it has tracked so far so good.

Best Buy let me down just before Christmas. Ordered a TV from them, then sent the wrong one, a day late as well. Was promised an exchange in time for Christmas day, but it never happened. Returned the TV and had to continually bombard them with phone calls to get my payment refunded.
Worst retailer I have ever used. Will NEVER use them again, no matter how high the cashback rate.

What is going on here?!? Spent £400+ over their opening weekend with a one-time cashback special of 15%. Very happy with the delivery speed and products and the cashback appeared tracked straight away. However, now six weeks after the estimated payment date it hasn't even moved onto the Confirmed column.
This is a joke and, in my mind, I'm 'owed' a significant amount of money that really inticed me to make my large purchase with them over their opening weekend. Doubt I'll ever see it and TopCashBack don't seem to have a mechanism to help chase it up.

My 'payable cashback date' has come and gone, i've just got a message from TCN stating:
Please note, the estimated payable date is based on the majority of merchants for the responsible agency, sometimes payments are later. We apologise for any extended delays, but we do chase these up and it will be reflected in your account as soon as it's received.
Just hoping i get the £32.50 i'm owed as i only bought the item due to this saving!

Bought a netbook from best buy's back in November 2010 when cashback was 15%, and am still waiting for the cashback, it has been in the pending stage ever since, Not good!!!!

Dear All, I have been waiting now for over one month and till now i have not received my cash back from Best Buy. It seems very disgraceful for a company with the standing of Best Buy to delay such payments.
In addtion i find it very difficult to communicate with Top Cash regarding my cash back which is due. All you see on the account is that there will be delays before receiving any funds from the retailer. NOT HAPPY WITH MY ONLY EXPERIENCE WITH TOP CASH!!!!!

Ordered a new washing machine for my parents at the beginning of January. The delivery day kept being changed which was a pain (sometimes it just didn't turn up, other times they changed it with only a days notice). At one point they appologised and said they would not charge for delivery - but this was free anyway! It was eventually delivered about 2 weeks after placing the order. Otherwise, all fine although cashback has yet to go to confirmed status a month after purchase.

I placed my order just before Christmas with the weather at its worst. The item was not delivered at the time specified but the retailer very kindly chased up the courier for me and furnished me with the telephone number of said courier. I had been unable to find a number in any other way. I received my goods as soon as the weather permitted and they were in good order and as expected.

Ordered portable harddrive during sale with £20 off price (making it comparable to cheapest available elsewhere online) and 20% cashback. Paid with credit card without any problems (seems to work for relatively low value items - £50 in my case) and cashback tracked very quickly. Had to wait a week for free delivery slot to be available but item arrived as promised and is in full working order. Yet to see if cashback will ever reach payable status!

I bought an LCD T.V the purchase and delivery was very good, the tracking was very quick, confirmation took a couple of months but was payable straight after. Overall I had a good experience with this merchant and would use again :-)

My experience with this retailer was not very good. Order was scheduled for a specific day, I waited in all day, phoned Best Buy and DHL, they said wait until 9pm; at great inconvenience I waited all evening, but no delivery. Waited again the next day and it eventually arrived that afternoon. Re customer service - I certainly didn't get the impression that they cared whether I went away a happy customer or not (answer: not). And to top it off, cashback didn't track.

My recommendation.....don't go anywhere near Best Buy. Strung along for a month after making my order in December, told it was out of stock and due to come back in and then it was automatically cancelled. An absolute farce and I'm furious, given the VAT rise and the end of sales. If I was told immediately it was never in stock I would of gone elsewhere. Beware of these cowboys!

Outstanding service and customer contact, keeping me well informed every step of the way, even to the point of asking what day i wanted to take delivery! Now that IS really good service!
I will look bestbuy up first for my next large purchase without a doubt, i simply can't fault them for value and friendly people to deal with.

I usually don't write comments but I thought I do for them. I took the plunge after reading all these comments, and ordered Fridge Freezer on Tuesday Night when it was showing on stock, and it was delivered at 8:am on Thursday Morning (had a call from CS on Wed, and Delivery man called on half an hour before delivery). This has to be one of the best ever buy for me in terms of prices and delivery (same one cost at least £100 more on other shops as well as the fact you need to wait at least 7 days or so). Cash back has been tracked so will see what happens.

Order placed successfully and approved by my credit card company so everything set in place for Best Buy to send the items and take the payment. However, on the due delivery date I was told that the order had been cancelled, so no product, suffered costs of installation as person was booked in for the following day to fit the system and experienced awful customer service - was told 8 times that someone would phone me back and still haven't received a phone call after 1 week. NEVER EVER EVER RELY ON BEST BUY TO FULFIL AN ORDER - I was told that someone at head office decided to block my order but have not been told why - maybe it's to do with paying 20% cashback through TopCashback. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR ATTRACTIVE CASHBAC RATES.
