Cashback shows within 24hrs and also accepted a further 5% discount voucher. The price on their website was by far the cheapest, and that was before getting 8% cash back and 5% off.
Had to call customer services to arrange deliveery as did not receive call from supplier within specified 2 days. However they were very helpful and arranged delivery.
Be aware that you do not get a percentage of the VAT.

Two & half months on from a failed cashback transaction and the request is still with the retailer to respond. No further updates from retailer or Topcashback as to what is happening. Frankly this retailer is a joke - their offer of 20% cashback has not beem honoured nor has my experience of submitting a manual claim been very well handled by Topcashback.

I managed to buy my laptop with no problems and cashback tracked quickly. Product arrived as promised and had no problems at all. However, still waiting for cashback to become payable over a month after the supposed payment date.
This ceratinly isn't a quick or efficient merchant when it comes to getting the cashback so don't count on seeing any inside about half a year, I reckon...

Further to my posts of 11/12 December 2010 my cashback was paid last week (14.89%) so 5 stars for cashback, but like others it's been an uneasy wait. Let's hope they get better as I would like to recommend them to family and friends. Bestbuy please take note.

Great products, great price and good cashback rates. Only downside delivery can be a little slow, though they stick to the scheduled delivery date supplied at the point of order.

Best Buy use DHL to deliver goods, who lied and said that they attempted delivery of item at 9.25pm at night, when my son was cleaning his rugby boots on the front doorstep at that time. They said they left a card but when I complained that there wasn't one, they then changed story to deliverer had run out of cards. Convenient eh? Best Buy have said that they believe DHL that they attempted delivery so have in effect called me a liar. Was told I would have to wait in the next day as well as they would deliver again by approximately 3pm-wasnt here so called again, told would definitely be with me by 5pm, was not so phoned again, was told before 9pm. Eventually arrived at 6.30 by a very surly individual who was rude to my daughter as I dared to keep him waiting for a few minutes as I was on the phone complaining to Best Buy.

Horrible cashback experience. Never got tracked. Complaint to topcashback, they have sent request to bestbuy but already 2 months down the line, never got any reply. Hopeless and never buy from this website! Their prices are higher, often give high cashback but never gurantee you'll get it....

Twice I have been given the run around with regards to cash back this time the item changed to 0 cash back upon payment. Until Best Buy and Cash back sort out the problems I suggest you reconsider using this merchant.

Whooop! After nearly 3 months, and several emails to both bestbuy direct and tcb have finally had my cashback paid!
I have spoken to Bestbuy, and they have admitted several problems in setting up the cashback, and other systems, and this has caused some delays. Seems a case of a large USA company trying to set up their company quickly, and having a few tech issues!
Anyways I WILL be going back to them now, and I thank their Customer Service team for all the help. I still recomend them and I hope now that payments should be quicker! Mark Johnson

Bought TV and Bluray player at Xmas no problem with card payment. Delivered at date and time arranged again no problem. Cashback tracked within a week, but only became payable this week after 2 month wait. S overall experience ok for me.

My advice is do not use this merchant. Both of my cards were declined inexplicably. My bank confirmed payment had been made, Bestbuy said they had declined the payment which has now gone into a holding account at my bank and I need to contact them to get it back. All in all, a right mess and several lengthy phonecalls to try to sort the matteer out. Given other adverse comments, tcb should decide to remove this merchant from the site. Yes, the topcashback seems attractive, but 'all that glistens is not gold'.
