	Would not recommend to anyone as it seems you will have to wait around six months before you see the cashback. So bear in mind when making a purchase.

	No problems with ordering, product quality or delivery per se but I, too, ordered in late Dec / early Jan delivery. Cashback tracked fast but has not moved to payable and I am beginning to doubt whether it ever will. I wouldn't use the seller again - I chose a product based on cashback - seemed reasonable given I am using a cashback site. Wouldn't have bothered if I had known how long it would take to pay - I may as well have gone for a different product from a more trustworthy cashback paying company.

	Best buy had a very good offer on in early January so I took advantage and used them to buy a new sound system. Unfortunately their cash back speed is nowhere near as good and I am still waiting for the flashback three months later. I would be very sceptical about using them again. Flashback is only useful if it is given back.

	Cashback not forthcoming. I ordered goods in January, cashback was due end of Feb. Now (early April) still no payment and the due date has been moved to end of June - six months after purchase. Disappointed in TCB and also feel the statistics for this merchant should be updated to reflect this. Doubtful if I will ever see the cashback now (about £30 so not impressed!). Best Buy are good on prices but don't purchase from them simply for the cashback - be warned.

	Tried to order using a 10%off code. Website refused to accept payment even after trying 3 different cards and contacting card issuer who made sure it should go through. Customer services completely unhelpful blaming th bank. Either poorly working website or they don't wish you to obtain the discounts they have posted.

	Best buy cashback has been the slowest of all. Also, best buy site kept locking me out and was not accepting payment until about 3 months. within 3 months, cashback came down from 20 percent to 10 percent

	Payable date has now moved to June. Will I ever actually get it? This has seriously damaged my trust in both topcashback and best buy. Will be switching to another cashback service at least until this gets paid.

	I made two purchases with this merchant - one in December and one in Jan. Both tracked and confirmed OK but still no payment (its now April). I would advise against using this merchant as they clearly do not want to honour the cashback deals they enter into.

	Ordered two orders from them in early Jan 2011, suppose to pay end of Jan. Its now April 2nd 2011 despite two orders tracking I still haven't received payment. I will not be using them again even if they paid. Very poor show, I pay goods in good faith, I expect cash back to pay within a few months

	Like many others, I get to the last page and then there is an error and the order is not posted. I inquired with TCB and they said that "We did have a number of members enquire who were unable to complete wholly online a couple of month's ago. The advice that we have been given is that if a transaction fails with them for members to then open a new Best Buy account and please ensure the details are correct when completing the transactions i.e. delivery and billing address are the same, as this could cause the transaction to fail. Unfortunately, if you cannot complete your transaction wholly online it will not be eligible for cashback." TCB - I followed your advice and set up another account and also tried another website- but even this does not work - It really feels like Bestbuy does not want to process transactions going through cashback sites. TCB - can you assist?

	another con... 3 months and yet still pending..not even confirmed let alone paid... whilst Best Buy as a company may be thirfs with pitiful excuses... Topcashback must assume some responsibility for still having them on their website given their non existence performance... unfortunately losing confidence in Topcashback for allowing these sort of companies to be on their website

	Absolute pitiful response from Best Buy and Topcashback on a £200 purchase last December. Its taken until now to tell me I'm not getting my cash back with some nonsense excuse which they cant prove. Be very wary in using any of these again. Shame on Best Buy and Shame on Topcashback

	Not impressed with this retailer as waited months to find out they won't pay my cashback. Explanation was total rubbish. Not happy! Be cautious when buying from them. As they sell electrical items the cashback would be a reasonable sized amount wish is why I used them in the first place. I should never have bothered!

	Bought an ipod touch, got £27 cashback. Website was easy to navigate, received an email confirming delivery date, arrived on time. Cashback tracked correctly. Recommended.

	13 weeks now since I order my TV and Ive still not been paid. Cashback tracked within 8 hours at £85 back on the 2 jan but still nothing. I would stay well clear if cash back is your main reason for purchasing from this retailer.
