Very very slow to pay cashback, if they pay it at all, as others have found out. My cashback is showing estimated payable in 5 months - much longer than other retailers.

Brought my products in Jan still have not had my cashback payment. As for best buy one of the items was damaged and when i returned it i had to wait for a refund before i could order a replacement product i decided not to order a replacement product from them as i thought why couldnt they send out another item on recepit of the damaged one!

Very irresponsible company. Never trust them. Bought an X box 360 with £30 cashback but never got tracked, submitted claims, after 4 months, they said the transaction never happen!!! OMG, how stupid...I have received my X Box (not to mentioned slooooowwwwwww delivery),now they are trying to run away from paying the cashback! If you read more, you'll realised more people are con by this company! Also, dun buy from carphonewarehouse as they are the same company!

As stated by others,products,prices and delivery no problem. However cashback payment is unacceptably drawn out.Still waiting for a payment from a transaction made in February.

Well 6 months of hearing nothing Best Buy finally inform TC that they have already paid out my money but to somebody else, so I will not be receiving a penny...This seems to have happened to a lot of people, so think it is just a big con for you to buy off their website, but then not pay any cashback...I have no moans about the product I bought or the delivery, just that they should honour their promises of great discounts...

online shopping experience with best buy was trouble free and we were very happy with the product purchased which was a christmas gift, however it is now June and we are still waiting for the cashback claim. We have used top cashback extensively and have occasionally had to wait a while for payment but this gift was purchased in November 2010 and we are now over 6 months without payment.

Bestbuy offered a good rate - but then haven't tracked it after 3 months - they may as well offer a 100% cash back if they don't actually honour thier side - come on Bestbuy put your money where your mouth is!

Never had a problem on Topcashback before but the Best Buy website will not let me complete a transaction - keeps suggesting that I wait 24 hours. My bank have approved the purchase many times, but Best Buy Customer Service insist I have failed a security check or I live in an area of high fraud (Wimbledon!). A manager was meant to call me back but didn't bother. Terrible customer service Is the 8% cashback a huge con????

Very slow on cashback. Originally tracked at the wrong rate, then corrected to the right rate, then disappeared, then back, then eventually was paid out after 6 months...

At this present time I cannot fault this company or the cashback experience. I bought a Miele washing machine, best price on the net, added the 5% discount that was available& the 10% cashback appeared in pending the next day which is £50+, not due to pay out for a few months. Miele had a promotion on for free 5 years Warrenty, ordering and delivery was excelllent. Overall highly recommended.

After 5 months and numerous chases by me/TCB, Best Buy refused the transaction on the grounds they couldn't trace it, despite supplying the order number and me having the goods in my hand, delivered to my address. Now in my case, it was only for cashback of a few pounds - but retailers need to understand, and understand well, that a poor cashback experience will deny them not only the potential of a customers transaction in future, but poor word of mouth to friends/family. Do not rely on cashback from this merchant, don't just take my word for it look at the other negative experiences from other members also. I have no plans to use them again for anything. If you do your research well you can find similar prices elsewhere.

Never received a penny despite waiting for 5 months. Top Cash Back claim my money was sent to another referrer. What rubbish. I only used this site. Just remember. Don't rely on the cashback to save money, just look at it as a bonus and shop around for the best deal cash wise

Horrible customer service - cancelled my order for no reason then took weeks to refund me the money!! Spoke to five different people and no one could tell me the cause of the problem - this included 2 managers.
