	I bought a NIKON D5000 a couple of months ago. Tracked rapidly but payment was SLLLLLOOOOOWWWW. Nevertheless, I got 15% cashback amounting about £75 back. I don't think this is a hanky panky company. Would use again and recommend.

	Well 5 months down the line, still no cashback, not even stating pending.....Numerous nudges to TC and even the order number but still nothing...TC need to take Best Buy off their customer listing as from all the comments on here they do not honour anything...Total rip off....

	Buyers beware - Best Buy is misleading people with their Voucher Code "7.5% off all Digital Cameras over £100, expires 13th May 2011". I phoned Best Buy today to ask them if one of their larger digital DSLR cameras will be back in stock before the voucher expires, and was told it will be, but that I "will not be able to use the 7.5% voucher on a camera as big as that, it can only be used on 'compact digital cameras' ". I replied the voucher says 'ALL digital cameras' on all of the various promotion company websites. Best Buy replied that they don't accept a DSLR is a digital camera. So why does the product 'Digital Single-Lens Reflex' camera have Digital in the name I asked ? It's the responsibility of the websites promoting the vouchers, you'll have to ask them, I was told. So Best Buy don't read the name of the voucher they agree for the promoters to publish for use in Best Buys promotional code box at checkout? You'll have to ask the promoters i'm told. How very evasive and deceitful ! Lure you in to making a purchase to dupe you.

	Best Buy offered an amazing cashback level to entice customers to order - then failed to honour this. Transaction reduced from £120 to £0.00 for no reason. See other users reviews to confirm this. Avoid this company if you want to actually receive your cashback.

	An update to my previous post....my purchase was back in January, it took a while for it to track, but it has finally become payable! Have to be patient, but this cashback was brilliant, and the product was delivered quickly and as exactly as advertised. Just have to be a bit patient for the cashback, but at 15% it was worth waiting.

	Be wary of this merchant, IMHO!!! I purchased a freezer which thankfully was a reasonable price, but made much more inviting by the 20% cashback offer, well after 5 months of chasing and the merchant saying that I didnt qualify for the cashback I am now £20 lighter!!! The £20 cashback would have made it a bargain - but otherwise it was just a good price, I dont understand how they say I didnt qualify for cashback when I purchased it through cashback and used no discount codes, Hey ho onwards and upwards, the sun is shining outside so all is good.

	I've been trying to order an ipad2 repeatedly, and every time I get to the end of the process it says, "We are unable to complete your order, please try again in 24 hours", by which time all stock has disappeared. Utterly useless.

	After waiting 3 months on my failed tracked transaction of cashback of circa £90 from Best Buy I have been finally told that they are not going to pay out as it has apparently already been paid out to another party?!?!?!? Given that I have not received any cashback from another source I find this very strange and view it as an attempt by the Company not to pay out on the 20% cashback it offered. Absolute joke and I willnot be using them again.

	Ignore the 'estimate' of 9 weeks - my confirmed purchse on 17th January now has an estimated payable date of 30th June !! That's 27 weeks. This is unacceptabe given the misleading estimate on the Best Buy page.

	Seems to take forever for cashback to drop for this merchant. My current cashback is taking 6 months as an estimated time, but im not holding my breathe!!! If you use them dont expect to get your cashback anytime soon!! Other than the cash back everything else is fine.

	I had a similar experience as some other have had with this merchant. They offer a good cash back rate, it tracked at first, then turns to zero when becomes payable. Don't think i will be rushing back to buy anything else from them.
