Tried to place an order and have delivered to a different address. Website didn't like postcode. Tried to enter manually but website won't accept it because the post code wasn't valid so it completely ignores that you're entering it manually. Called customer services who said could take over the phone but not give the 10% discount. They have emailed the web team but nothing for over 2 days. Their website programmers are useless and I won't be using Best Buy again.

Just tried to look at the "Discount codes & Deals" page & when you select dealer for the ipod it takes you back to the "cash back" page, so it's stuck in a loop ??????????????
Anyway the best deal at the moment for the 8GB iPod is from HMV shops who give back £20 & also include the ipod remote speaker system (worth £30) then get the 2 year extended warranty for £25.99 (in reality + £5.99)

What a waste of time. For any decent cashback deal, you will find that Best Buy have about 1 or 2 items in stock for online delivery, but masses of stock available for full-price sales in store.

Had two problems ordering:
1. Credit card company wouldn't authorise the card - suspected fraud! But got that sorted in no time at all.
2. Discount code wasn't recognised if I logged into my account before applying it. Had to be logged out to make it work.
But had a pleasant surprise: The cash back reported is against the full purchase price, not the discounted price. Very pleased with that. And with the VAT back from Sony, that's a massive saving I hope to make.

Ordered a laptop via topcashback, received order confirmation email and then silence. After three days, i called the best buy customer service and the representative was unable to find my order (at least he posed as if) and was insisting that i should forget that order and place another order on the phone. It would void my cashback. Dont know what to do. I think i will place the order again.
