Further to what I commented:
After receiving the wrong laptop, Best Buy managed to mess up the redelivery and "lost" the laptop I sent them (it was sent to the wrong warehouse).
I was repeatedly told I would be called back when I phoned, but I could only get a non confused reply via email and waiting 3-4 days for a reply.
Still waiting for a refund (as a replacement is no longer possible) 5 weeks later.
