	Please avoid!! I placed 2 orders that didn’t track and the response to my claim was that they couldn’t recognise my purchases! Other customers had similar experiences as well.

	Another retailer that doesn't pay out! I always follow the guidelines using TCB, but recently more often than not my purchases fail to track. In days gone by a manual claim would be successful, but it seems that more retailers and wriggling out of paying with various reasons that do not make sense. Disappointed with Dunelm, I placed a large 'made to measure' order in November only for it to be declined. I will add to Dunelm to the list along with Argos, insurance comparison sites, and John Lewis currency.

	Cashback denied Same as other reviewers, my cashback didn't track and when I raised a ticket it came back as this website wasn't the reason for my order? Seems so scammy to me. I ordered a high cost item as well. Won't be using Dunelm again.

	No Cashback - what a suprise Apparently cashback did not track so had to submit a claim. Surprise surprise, the response was the failure to track was not because of them so the claim was declined. As other reviews have said don’t expect cashback. I have had issues buying from Dunelm before and this just confirms they are unwilling to help when there are problems.

	No cashback - twice! I've been using TopCashback for 15 years and this is the first retailer I've ever had to submit a missing cashback report for. I placed two orders within a few weeks of each other, following all the usual rules, but neither of them tracked. Following the 'missing' reports, both were declined by the retailer as 'the site not being the reason I had placed the order'. Huh? Going by the number of other customer reviews, it looks like Dunelm are just using this site for a bit of free advertising and not honouring their cashback offers. Will be shopping online elsewhere in future.

	Cashback never tracks When going through to the Dunelm site via TopCashback; my purchases haven't tracked. Dunelm have since denied the missing cashback claim I logged. I won't make the mistake of trying to use Dunelm via TopCashback again

	Not impressed I’ve tried to buy from Dunelm more than once and have now given up. Bad service, wrong products sent, (in the case of 2 armchairs - wrong ones sent 3 times !) in my experience I definitely would not recommend them, maybe others have faired better.

	Surprise, surprise ! They didn't pay me my cashback. Should of read the other reviews as same reason given by Dunelm that my transaction could not be found despite me having a receipt when claim was raised. They should be removed from TopCashback as they don't give cash back !

	Cashback declined yet again. Seems to be a theme from other reviews. Dunelm declined payment yet again, this time as they didn't see the click through as the reason for this order. Exactly the same wording as other members. I've been a member of TCB for 18 years, so a link to educate me on how to ensure transactions track is almost offensive. Perhaps the retailer should be educated.

	Easy to deal with, easy to use website and do what they say. Easy, logged onto Topcashback, navigated to Dunelm and hay ho away we go, great easy way to buy online and get rewarded.

	They don't pay any cashback I've done everything which Topcashback suggests while going to a merchant site from here but Dunelm didn't acknowledge any cashback. Now when I see the reviews I feel like I should've gone to other merchant.

	Do Not Pay Out Three purchases made over a 3 month period from Dunhelm via Top Cash Back. Use Top cash Back regularly and am always paid by other retailers. Dunhelm denied all 3 purchases and cash back claims. One of the purchases was over £1000. I can provide proof of tracking from TCB, receipts and even delivery confirmations. I stopped shopping with Dunhelm now as it is clearly a scam.

	Doesn't track! Two purchases in last couple of weeks following recommended procedures neither tracked! Manual claim submitted, have to wait weeks now for claim to be submitted, then probably rejected looking at previous feedback!

	Tracking Issues Twice. Love Dunelm but Cashback looks problematic. Everything else tracks fast and this is the ONLY shop which has not tracked - clearly there is an issue as there are plenty of cashback disappointments. It needs resolving as it is unfair. BUT I love shopping here and had great customer service when I needed to return the 1st purchase of a large rug, so it didn't put me off buying but I knew not to expect cashback. I have raised a claim but don't hold hope for resolution reading others experiences. Great shop but cashback issues likely...

	All recent purchases refused They claim that the purchases were not tracked. All my recent purchases have been refused despite me clearing cookies/cache etc . I even have photos of the website at the time, confirming that it was tracked. Surprisingly my purchases with other companies are always tracked…
