	Shocking service. Cashback and purchased as per normal with no other referring websites and yet again CPW have declined cashback. Won't be using them again in a hurry.

	Declined cashback on PAYG upgrade. Completed a fully paid for PAYG upgrade with £5 expected cashback but this was declined two weeks later. BEWARE of this retailer!

	Had two cashbacks declined on my new Samsung Galaxy S6. Monthly new contracts on o2 through Carphone Warehouse. I am totally dissatisfied and feel this is very unfair. I use cashback for a lot of things . How can CarPhone Warehouse advertise cashback but then not pay it out. They are mis selling. I am thinking of cancelling and going elsewhere.

	Ordered a Pay as you go (PAYG) mobile, it tracked and paid out in 4 weeks and the phone I ordered was only £5 so I basically got the phone for free haha brilliant company

	disatisfied. Tracked at a lower rate than promised. Claim submitted, now told 6 wks later that CPW say it was correct. But it clearly wasn't as I have an iphone 6 and not the right money paid! Frustrated. I've not done anything wrong - so pay me CPW please. proceed with care, customers. I'm very disappointed.

	Having issues at the moment. A declined cashback even though it originally tracked and I have an order number, live account and phone number. Not sure what the rationale is, only response back is 'cannot locate order'. Have been waiting for months for the update, Will see if this gets resolved.

	Just excellent. I've purchased from a lot of merchants via TCB but none have ever paid out in 2 weeks. That's TWO WEEKS! Granted, the experience might not be the same every time, but generous cashback paid quickly on a new phone with my existing network: I would definitely recommend.

	Ordered a phone online from Carphone Warehouse chose store pickup for convenience... A week later after visiting the store several times the handset apparently hadn't arrived (Should have been 48 hours) the store reprocessed the order in store giving me the same handset from "in store stock" This cancelled the cashback

	Absolute rubbish. I went to considerable trouble to make an eligible purchase (a new phone for my mum) using this merchant and have just seen the transaction "declined" for no reason.

	This is the first time I have claimed cashback from the Carphone Warehouse and am disappointed to say that I have not received anything. I purchased an iphone 6 through TCB which was offering £40.40 for new or upgrade iphones. It appeared on my account as £25.25 but very quickly went to payable at £0.00. I queried this and after 6 weeks have had a response from CW via the TCB claim team stating the reason for not giving the cashback as - 'Retailer issue - Commission not paid on products purchases' which isn't true. I understand that using TCB it's not always going to result in cashback but to state that it wasn't a product with cashback available is a pretty poor response.

	Tried to purchase iphone5. - 1st time cashback was declined , (£50.50)so cancelled order and retried (supposed to be £75 cash back the 2nd time). The 2nd order was cancelled by carphone warehouse with no reasons forthcoming. Ended up buying via phone and not through topcashback. got £30.00 cashback this way but at least I did get it and don't have to wait a month to see if declined! Has made me wary to use this next time

	original order tracked fine, but they emailed claiming problems with my order only to complete over the phone so therefore cash back claim void!

	Ordered new SIM card via TopCashBack on 20th November 2014, tracked within 24 hours and payable on 8th December 2014. Fantastic. BTW, with Car Phone Warehouse, £72 cashback via cheque was available, Car Phone Warehouse sent cheque on 02nd December. So total cashback of £93 paid in 18 days!!!!!

	Ordered iphone 5c via topcashback site. Delivered 2 days later as stated. Best price I could find online. Tracked at a lower than stated rate but paid out at the full rate within 3 weeks. Graet deal from Carphone Warehouse and fantastic cashback. Happy customer.

	BEWARE!!! They deleted my order, re submitted it, but decided upon themselves to not put it through cashback, now have delined the cashback. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Had to chase my phone for days, eventually arrived, took days to switch off my old phone & transfer the contract. It was not an easy transaction and now starts the fight for the cashback with their hopeless customer service team!!!! We dealt with the most rude staff ever, the blame everyone else for their mistakes. Will never use this low standard company again!!!
