	Absolute rubbish. I went to considerable trouble to make an eligible purchase (a new phone for my mum) using this merchant and have just seen the transaction "declined" for no reason.

	This is the first time I have claimed cashback from the Carphone Warehouse and am disappointed to say that I have not received anything. I purchased an iphone 6 through TCB which was offering £40.40 for new or upgrade iphones. It appeared on my account as £25.25 but very quickly went to payable at £0.00. I queried this and after 6 weeks have had a response from CW via the TCB claim team stating the reason for not giving the cashback as - 'Retailer issue - Commission not paid on products purchases' which isn't true. I understand that using TCB it's not always going to result in cashback but to state that it wasn't a product with cashback available is a pretty poor response.

	Tried to purchase iphone5. - 1st time cashback was declined , (£50.50)so cancelled order and retried (supposed to be £75 cash back the 2nd time). The 2nd order was cancelled by carphone warehouse with no reasons forthcoming. Ended up buying via phone and not through topcashback. got £30.00 cashback this way but at least I did get it and don't have to wait a month to see if declined! Has made me wary to use this next time

	original order tracked fine, but they emailed claiming problems with my order only to complete over the phone so therefore cash back claim void!

	Ordered new SIM card via TopCashBack on 20th November 2014, tracked within 24 hours and payable on 8th December 2014. Fantastic. BTW, with Car Phone Warehouse, £72 cashback via cheque was available, Car Phone Warehouse sent cheque on 02nd December. So total cashback of £93 paid in 18 days!!!!!

	Ordered iphone 5c via topcashback site. Delivered 2 days later as stated. Best price I could find online. Tracked at a lower than stated rate but paid out at the full rate within 3 weeks. Graet deal from Carphone Warehouse and fantastic cashback. Happy customer.

	What a surprise one of my oders was cancelled so they do not have to pay out the cash back. This company is a total rip off. BEWARE.

	BEWARE!!! They deleted my order, re submitted it, but decided upon themselves to not put it through cashback, now have delined the cashback. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Had to chase my phone for days, eventually arrived, took days to switch off my old phone & transfer the contract. It was not an easy transaction and now starts the fight for the cashback with their hopeless customer service team!!!! We dealt with the most rude staff ever, the blame everyone else for their mistakes. Will never use this low standard company again!!!

	Excellent Great deal. All went smoothly. Cashback tracked correctly and payable within 2 weeks. 2nd time I have used carphone warehouse via cashback and excellent both times.

	Purchase tracked but cashback declined. No reason given by Carphone Warehouse. Should have paid £25.25 for a SIM only monthly contract. AVOID

	Please remove the faster paying banner from CPW as I ordered my new phone on the 13th June and only got paid today, 5th November. Unlike others I managed to get cash back so for that i'm pleased.

	You spend a fortune on a new phone sign up to a contract costing over £30 per month but then car phone warehouse refuse to honour the cashback and also refuse to give a reason. Just a simple "cashback declined" I will never use this company again. I have rated this company as a 1 star only because there is not a zero

	Great phone at a price I could not match elsewhere. The added bonus of cashback made it a fatastic deal, and the cashback was paid as soon as I paid my first bill.

	Purchased Samsung galaxy s5 on 5th August tracked at lower amount but confirmed at correct amount £42.00 and became payable on 16th September. Had no problems.

	Based on my experience of having dealings with this outfit I wouldnt trust them to show me how to switch on a phone let alone sell me a contract in the future. I thought I was taking up the incentive offered by this shower through Topcashback and after following all the correct protocols and having the sale registered on my account they decided I couldn't have it despite having the phone and the contract. They also have one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with and I would never recommend them to anyone.

	I purchased a new contract in February 2014 and the £35 cashback was declined after a few months. I therefore lodged an appeal and the response was no cashback payable on 'pre-order sales'. This was not and is still not stated in the terms and conditions! Poor show CPW / TCB !!

	Offers are very good all the time. Offering high cash-back which rarely paid for me!!! If you want a good deal look no further, but don't expect cash-back from them!!!

	I brought a sim only deal should have been £25,25 cashback declined my cash for no reason sent them confirmation of transaction still nothing topcashback chasing them, will not use this dealer again o stars.

	Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5. Purchase tracked at £25, less than the £45 that was being advertised. Carphone Warehouse called me to 'finalise the purchase' as they claimed that all the billing information I had included on my online order had disappeared. They then called me on the day the phone was due to be delivered to tell me my order had been declined, and when I asked why I had received an email giving me a consignment number for delivery the man just said sorry and hung up. Con artists trying to avoid paying cashback.

	Fraudsters. Carphone Warehouse (CW) incorrectly declined the £20.20 cash back (no uplift shown either) for my new Samsung S5. I read all the terms and conditions thoroughly and CW is clearly at fault. In addition, they waited so long to decline the cashback and now more than 100 days have passed since the "purchase" date, hence I am unable to resolve or make a missing cash back claim. The amount is too small to bother taking them to the small claims court, but am hoping that if enough people come forward that have similarly been mislead / defrauded, they will change their ways !!
