Cancels cashback for no reason!
Please instead go to Gocompare.com or money supermarket or any other searching site. Cancels cashback with no reason and it was a legit claim. Scammers. Makes it look enticing but doesn’t deliver. Please be aware.

Very slow payout - from Sept 23 to payment June 2024
Very disappointed that it took so long to get the £36 on a new policy via TopCashback. There is a ticket/support system on Top Cashback and the first opportunity to chase up and progress a claim was Jan 10th 2024 (for the new policy to have been in place at least 3 months) so it goes 'on ice' until that time. I sent a message on the 11th January 2024 to ask for the investigation/claim to be activated and received a message back on the 12th that my claim had been set to 'ready to submit' but that I was entering a queue and that if I sent further messages I would end up at the back of the queue. Nervous of that possibility, I sent two 'nudges' (a feature which apparently doesn't result in claim going to back of queue) on 16th Feb and 13th April. No response from anyone. This week, 17th June I receive an update that the £36 would be progressing to 'payable' in the coming days. I'm not sure if this is ususal but it does make me think twice about using TopCashback in future. I have asked in the TopCashback support ticket if a manager could review my journey but no response as yet.

Dissapointed
Just taken out our Car insurance on the basis that a £38 cash back was being offered. Unfortunately received a notification that this cashback has been declined. Obviously very dissatisfied.

Extremely difficult to get cash back.
In one instance confused took so long to respond that my claim expired. All cash back takes a minimum of 6 months to be paid.

If you take a ‘reward’ or get a quote first you’re getting nowt!
Last year I used Confused after comparing prices on with similar companies. If you read the small print you can’t do this, they expect you to go straight to Confused and buy. I thought I was smart claiming the £20 Halfords voucher but got refused Cashback immediately, this year I haven’t, wish me luck! My strategy from now on, pick the best quote and if you get the money, bonus, but don’t rely on it.

Always need to submit a claim to get by cash back
Always need to submit a claim to get my cash back. Thanks to the TCB team I have received but I do wonder why any merchant I purchase with doesn't automatically show in my earnings, whether declined, pending or otherwise.

Would have given 0 stars if I could
Went with confused for cashback tracked as £0 but says that it's normal until its confirmed, I have been waiting patiently for the cashback for over a year and now it says declined. Tried to put in a missing cashback claim and says more than 200 days ago so can't get the cashback I'm owed. Next time I won't be stupid to go with confused.com.

Refused cashback and gave no explanation
Don't rely on Confused.com as, in my case, the cashback influenced my decision, but it was subsequently refused. I raised the ticket with customer service, but Confused.com refused to provide a reason for the cashback refusal. I will not be using them again and recommend you only use them if their cashback is not important for you.

These guys always give you the runaround, they make it their utmost priority to do so, every single time. You always have to lodge a missing cashback claim for them to pay out.

I purchased car insurance following all the conditions listed in January 2023 and after multiple messages sent regarding my cashback it was finally listed as confirmed in July but now we're in August and still not payable so that's 6 months

After nearly one year after tracking it shows in my dashboard as "PENDING" with the small writing on bottom ""This merchant initially tracks at a lower rate. When the merchant has checked the purchase they will uplift the cashback value to the amount offered."" Please AVOID

I went through topcashback for car insurance for two cars in the household in Nov 22. I was expecting £38 for both cars. There was no reason in my eyes why the cashback was declined despite me querying with topcashback customer service. Just seems like a con to me....

Absolutely Rubbish - 8 months to get cashback
If you don't mind waiting 8 months to get your cashback from these cowboys then go ahead, kept chasing up with this site TCB and only just been resolved (25/6/23) - insurance bought and paid for in full i November 2022.
