As others have mentioned don't assume you'll actually get cashback. Lots of options for them to get out of it. Wouldn't use again.

Declined cashback like others recently. Seems if you take the reward then cashback is declined. Reward worked out at £10 so I ended up having £35 declined. Hmmmm. Obviously if it was made clear I wouldnt have bothered taking the reward

Beware....myself, husband and son all bought car insurance, all tracked but all declined. Would have been £120+. Will not use them again. Worried now if I have a claim and how they will manage that?

Rubbish. Twice now I have used the cashback service to buy Car insurance from 2 seperate companies with them and twice my cashback claim has been rejected after having to wait weeks and weeks for it and no reason has ever been given for the refusal.

Confused rewards invalidate cashback - so if they offer a voucher or something and you take it you get £0 back cashback wise. Really sneak trick to be honest.

Took them months to get back to me and refuse the claim. Won't use them again as the cashback would have tipped the balance in them being the best price. Cannot be trusted.

Didnt pay out as they offer you a £20 Reward offer that is free elsewhere that prevents you claiming cashback. They didnt make this clear at the time so feel very ripped off. Will never use again as it has made insurance a lot more expensive by trusting them and I cannot afford to lose that amount.
