	Refused cashback and gave no explanation Don't rely on Confused.com as, in my case, the cashback influenced my decision, but it was subsequently refused. I raised the ticket with customer service, but Confused.com refused to provide a reason for the cashback refusal. I will not be using them again and recommend you only use them if their cashback is not important for you.

	Pants! These guys always give you the runaround, they make it their utmost priority to do so, every single time. You always have to lodge a missing cashback claim for them to pay out.

	Dont please just dont I purchased car insurance following all the conditions listed in January 2023 and after multiple messages sent regarding my cashback it was finally listed as confirmed in July but now we're in August and still not payable so that's 6 months

	1 Year still in pending After nearly one year after tracking it shows in my dashboard as "PENDING" with the small writing on bottom ""This merchant initially tracks at a lower rate. When the merchant has checked the purchase they will uplift the cashback value to the amount offered."" Please AVOID

	Didn't pay up - complete con I went through topcashback for car insurance for two cars in the household in Nov 22. I was expecting £38 for both cars. There was no reason in my eyes why the cashback was declined despite me querying with topcashback customer service. Just seems like a con to me....

	Absolutely Rubbish - 8 months to get cashback If you don't mind waiting 8 months to get your cashback from these cowboys then go ahead, kept chasing up with this site TCB and only just been resolved (25/6/23) - insurance bought and paid for in full i November 2022.

	Declined after 9 months No explanation why my claim was declined. Valid insurance, everything as per rules. 9 months later declined. Won't recommend or use again. Takes too long to process and then you get nothing.

	Will leave you confused.com Don't waste your time with this company as I used them in December 2022 and I'm still waiting for it to pass the pending stage. Its still tracking at £0.00 even though I've opened a ticket. Treat all good feedback for this company with a very large pinch of salt.

	Genuine cashback declined Bought car insurance through TCB, it failed to track the purchase. Then I lodged a claim which was eventually declined by merchant.

	Declined months after waiting pending uplift Met all the criterion. DIdn't claim any reward from Confusd.com which I would have been eligible for. Tracked immediately from October 2022 and declined February 22 2023. Trouble is when declined you never get feedback why? Very disappointed in merchant

	NEVER AGAIN ! 1 star is still a star too many. Still waiting over 10 months to get cashback. And no, I didnt take one of the Confused.com "rewards" . No excuse. Nudged frequently. Waiting for my £33. Filter the reviews on this merchant to "Newest", this is a very common experience. Why do Top Cashback still promote this merchant?? Many other comparison sites who DO pay out, in a reasonable period. If I were TC I would NOT associate with this merchant as it damages TC reputation too. Car insurance up for renewal in a fortnight, will not use Confused again even if they paid me - which of course, they wont. AVOID.
