Connected on time and fast broadband, but cashback not tracked even now 2 weeks after ordering and first bill did not show promised discount either. Filed missing cashback claim and called up customer service to correct billing issue. Waiting for resolution. Not a good start, but hoping issues will be resolved.

It was really easy to switch to ee, the process was smooth and hassle free. The cashback is just an added bonus. I would recommend switching, you will be quids in.

Another merchant who's reviews sort order defaults to Highest Rating... NOT 5* ! Cheap broadband and good cashback, BUT I left them for BT two months ago and they're still taking payment! Rang twice previously to sort it - been in a queue now for 19minutes waiting to get through to someone with tinny, distorted pop music blaring down my ear-hole

don't go near EE/Orange you will regret it, topcashback never gave up pursuing my cashback 10/10 for TCB. P.S. I had to give EE one star ONLY because you cannot submit feedback without a star otherwise I wouldn't give any start to EE

Be aware! Placed an order with them through cashback online to find out that they cancelled my order for no genuine reason. Now they claim they will place another order but that's over the phone which won't validate the cashback! Very sneaky company and their customer service is appaling

Horrendous. The tracking shows in 2 parts with the only part yet to be confirmed tracking at the exact rate for mobile broadband not for the £101 due for home broadband. Still challenging the issue more than 2 months on. Sister did the same deal and still chasing as well. Shame I can't get EE less than 1 star, but that 1 star is given very begrudgingly.

Long story short, signed up to get the £101 cashback on 07 Oct 2013, and despite still being with EE, they have declined to recognise that I tool out my broadband with them via tcb.This has been lodged as a missing claim but they have been unable to do anything despite me providing all requested references.I can see most people have had a good experience, but just wanted to put it out there that not everyone is so lucky, so beware and make sure you keep hold of any references for your transaction.
