Still waiting my payment slowect of all merchants I have ever used, the broadband is very slow and they have overcharged on the monthly DD twice now. Definately will never be dealing with these jokers again

Paid out £101 in two months, as others have said, I was initially sceptical given the amount of cashback, but happily I was wrong. Satisfied with the service provided by EE. Some problems during the changeover, which EE did not tell me about, but once sorted no further problems.

Same experience so far as SureshP. Cashback listed as £105, has tracked as £52.50. Intending to cancel within 14 days cooling off period and start again.

Signed up to Home broadband 2.50 month and advance line rental. Cashback displayed as £101, but currently tracking as £50.50. Lodge a claim for this as not happy, have to wait 2 weeks for TCB process this claim. Will be keeping a close eye on this.

Was extremely sceptical given the value of the cash back was £100+ but it tracked within 24hrs. Took just under 3 months to become payable but definitely worth the wait. This paid for my years line rental - thank you TCB and EE!

I ordered broadband factoring the cost of cashback. I have been through full contract but still haven't received cashback. 13 months on still waiting for cashback. On top of it, I was wrongly charged £83.0 after moving to sky as early termination fee eventhough I was in 12 month contract. After few phone calls, they agreed to return me the money but will have to wait for month to get it back.

Website says they transfer your number but they actually allocate a new one without telling you. Once you realise people are not able to call you, you call EE customer services who insist the service is working. They then reveal you have a new number and the old one cannot be retrieved. When you protest they lie and blame your old provider. Additionally the cashback, while apparently generous, i still unconfirmed. AVOID LIKE EBOLA.

Terrible. Didn't track, supposed to get £131 cashback for their broadband. Claim submitted a long time ago and still nothing. Even emailed them and they just point me back to topcashback despite the fact the status of the claim is 'waiting on merchant'. Service itself is pretty good, but I'm £130 out of pocket.

Only 364 days and then I can move my broadband from EE - dial up speed - ignore the upto claims or check with bt wholesale first! Should have checked before I brought. A pointless service from a it appears a pointless company!

Ordered broadbank through cashback website. You have to wait 90 days before making claim for missing cashback for EE. After 90 days made a claim, after couple weeks got message saying EE could not track the order, after giving my account number for EE and my first statement number to help to get cashback. EE said to topcashback got not track the order. Topcashback ask for order number starting with DKI or XKN, there is no mention of order number on my online EE account. You need to phone them to get one but EE did provide one, hopefully now after nearly 7 months I may get my cashback.

I have spent around 1 hour wrestling with the EE website trying to set up my broadband. The website keep crashing, keeps giving me errors and not completing the order. I have tried on a PC, laptop and mobile so far. Guess I will have to try again later!

Amazing! Connected, as planned, to EE broadband on 26th August, huge amount of cashback payable on 1st October! Very happy. Broadband as good as previous provider. Monthly bill lower. Paid up front for a years line rental and the cashback has covered the cost of that! Lots of other perks being with EE too such as 2 for 1 cinema tickets.

I purchased this deal with the promise of high-speed broadband - EE deliver this but never during peak times and they throttle the hell out of your connection during the evenings and weekends. Cashback wise, my claim has been turned down - I have been sent out two replacement routers, both meaning that I was without broadband for a week each time. The only small silver lining is that I received my money back for the month's with errors.

I ordered Broadband in November 2013, and the quality of broadband was similar to Sky initially. Since around May, it has been hit and miss, more miss than hit so having had enough I've just switched to Plusnet, which has been excellent since the switch. In terms of cashback EE decided to cancel the £105 I was due three days ago, which coincided with the switch to Plusnet. I feel cheated to be honest and it's pretty clear they had no intention of paying the cashback from day 1. TCB though have as always been excellent and done their honorable best, but when merchant decides after 10 months that "the transaction cannot be traced", what can be done? All I will say, is that I will never use EE again for any service and will recommend friends and family don't use them after my experience. Like most of you, I ALWAYS use TCB for any purchase I make and have done so for years. Sometimes, when I'm at the checkout stage of an order I'm expecting a substantial amount of cashback on (like EE here) , I even restart my laptop and log into TCB to ensure I don't get a message like I have from EE here, so it's clear to me, the payout can only have been refused because I have moved provider. That simply makes EE liars in this instance. Good luck with your cashback if you decide to utilise their services.

Tracked straight away , moving from TalkTalk ,as they wanted to double the price of my tariff on new contract , girl phone operator , pretended" to speak to her manager and then came back with the news , so off to EE .

Ordered in March, only reason I realised order had been cancelled (without them telling me) was that my cashback got declined, after a long time of trying to get an answer, after 3 months I finally found out that my order was cancelled.
